"Royal Uncleeeeeeeeeee! I've finished schoooooooooooooooool!!" A cheeky voice rang through the halls, interrupting the king's praise.
The guards and advisors burst into laughter, "Look out! Princess Scatterbrain is here!"
Princess Scatterbrain, as they would call her, glided into the gathering room. She had bright pink scales with crooked teeth. She didn't seem to care that she was interrupting a lunch and gathering organized by the king, rather she skipped towards her uncle, her bright eyes widening with excitement.
"Can I pleeeeeeeeeeease go on an adventure?" she pleaded, "I won't cause any trouble! I'll be back before dinner! I'll promise to stay out of trouble!"
She skipped happily around her uncle, which made everyone laugh.
"Sulphy," her uncle crossed his arms, "What about your geography homework?"
"Done! I promise!" she kept her innocent stare at him, nearly bumping into the trio.
"Oh alright!" gruffed the king, smoke coming out from his nostrils, "You know the way to the Emerald Door, don't you? Lead these royal guests there if you enjoy exploring so much!"
"Woooohooooooooooooooooooo!!" she dove out of the gathering room, her high-pitched voice echoing off the hallways.
"Princess Sulphy shall be your guide to the Emerald Door," the king stared at the hallway, "and you'd better hurry. She's probably halfway out of the palace by now."
Bowing and wishing the dragon king well, they followed Sulphy out of the palace, guided by only the cheers and songs of the energetic dragon.
"Finally!" Steve cheered, "A monarch who didn't want to kill us at first sight!"

"Ooooooooh!" Sulphy flapped her wings here and there, hovering in front of the Order, "Where shall we goooooooooooooooooooooo?!" She hollered into the sky.
"The ... Emerald Door?" replied Steve, "Um ... do you know where we should go?"
"Errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr," she drawled, scratching her chin, "Don't know, but we'll find it somehow!"
She led the Order in a huge circle, gasping in awe at everything around her, unusual for someone who lived there their whole life. She got dangerously close to Mount Thunder, to the point where the trio had to pull her away by the tail so that she wouldn't collide with any cookie shaped rocks. She went in and out of the many volcanoes littered around the palace, and the others watched as she did flips and dives high in the air, interrupting the peaceful, cloudy skies with her cheerful laughter. Finally, she rested on top of a geyser, giggling as the hot steam tickled her wings and back.
"Don't you just loooooooove it when the map only shows where the Citrine Door is?" sighed Erwin, frustrated. They caught up with Sulphy, wishing that they themselves had wings to fly around in.
