Chapter 1

Y/N POV:

It's currently the first day back to school and we're in our second year of high school and the classes are just so boring. I live alone in a decent apartment with a few rooms which contain a living room, bed room and a kitchen. To tell you the truth I have a lot more money but I decided to save it.

If you want to know who I am, my name is Y/N L/N, not many people know who I am, I am rich but only enough to last a lifetime with a family and that's good because after high school I'll have a job and make money, so my money situation is sorted already.

I had parents but barely saw them then heard they passed away couple of years ago. I used to be homeschooled and had instructors come to my house, they taught be stuff up to university level and also martial arts, this makes me very different from other students. Since I learned this much, all I have to do is do a little study recap and can easily get into the top 3 but I don't show my abilities, well at least not yet.

I made a best friend and his name is Fuutarou and he's a major book nerd, but the thing is he lives in poverty with his family. To tell you the truth I offered them money but they didn't accept it that's why I treat the guy as much as I can, same goes with his sis.

In school people call him the ice king because I do whatever in the class and teachers don't care because they acknowledge my intelligence. If you have no idea what I'm talking about then it's the scores I get really, I just manipulate them into getting 50s in all subjects, if im super bored I sometimes change it up to 75 in all. I've also gotten into a few fights, mostly with bullies. They'd try and pick on me probably to impress girls and I'd just beat them up and say self defence and give them a cold glare and sometimes speak in a cold voice. This is what makes people fear me in school, I also end up defending the bullied but that's only if I feel like getting into a fight when I'm bored.

To tell the truth this school is really boring and nothing exciting comes out of it.

Right now I'm on my way to school on my motorbike, I get into the guest parking space and park my bike and get off. I put my helmet and gloves in my bag and head to class. Once I'm in there I set my bag down and check my phone and see I got 5 minutes till class so I decided to head to Fuutarou class. Once I get there I sit in front of him and I can already see this guy cramming his face into a book.

Me: Yo, Fuutarou!

Fuutarou: Yo Y/N, how's summer been?

Me: it's been alright until school started. There's no point to this for me and you really.

To tell the truth I don't really pay attention in class because i already know everything.

Fuutarou: You can say that again.

Me: What about you?

Fuutarou: ...

Me: You've just been studying your ass off huh? Sigh~

Fuutarou: We'll i need to if I want to remain number 1 on the rankings

Me: Yeah yeah, just make sure to take a break every now and then yeah.

Fuutarou: Yeah I understand, oh I should tell you I'm looking for a tutoring job.

Me: Really? Hmm well I guess you'll end up doing a great job because of your intellect.

Fuutarou: Yeah but you'd do better.

Me: Not true because I barely study now but just enough for high school.

Fuutarou: Maybe, but anyway if you know anyone who needs tutoring then let me know.

Me: You know I can lend you money but knowing you, you'll refuse it so that's why I'll give you 2 things.
