Curly Wind's P.O.V

Just another Day of school. After taking a shower and changing clothes, I checked my stuff in my bags to make sure i'm not missing something again. I then went downstairs to eat breakfast... I really don't want to since i feel really awkward with them. I stop at the doorframe, took a breath and sigh as i went in the dining area. Dad and Mom are there for sure, This is gonna be really Delicate. As i walk in, i kept my gaze low and took a seat across the table, facing them. They noticed me and were smiling then greeted me in which i bluntly return...

"Good morning curly!"

"Good morning son!" they said cheerfully.

"Morning.." i said bluntly.

"Conterlot High is really an amazing School, I'm so glad you chose that school son" Mom said in a delightful tone.

"Yeah, The programs and events that the school your going to are just very decent and consistent, It's perfect" Dad added in a proud tone.

"yeah, it is. i guess..." 

I answered back in a dull tone as i took a bite of my food which is bacon and soy scramble egg. My parents looked at one another then back to me with a sheepish smile...

"Y-Yeah, um.. Oh! also, Your the football head leader right?" Dad asked

"yes i am, dad" i answered back still not looking to them...

"That is very impressive! Back when i was your age, i also joined the football team and dreamt to be a head leader someday... but that never happened... but i AM still the BEST player they have" That said proudly as he sigh.

I turn my gaze up to look at my dad with a raised brow then asked still in a dull tone...

"Oh? How so?"

"Well, I was known for having a smooth and sneaky pass through the enemy's team and who ever tries to charge at me and attack me i quickly bait them to go to my side then WHOOSH! i hurriedly went to the other side and continue running forward until i hit Home run" He explained in a prominent way as he then took a bite of the egg.

"And that's probably when your Mom fell for me" he added teasingly and then winked.

"No it was not, and please do not be ahead of yourself" Mom said as she took a sip of her water then added...

"We only became close because you were desperately failing history back then and teacher assigned me to be your tutor"

"Just so you know i failed history on purpose to give you a push to finally confess to me since it's very obvious that you like me" Dad Retorted with a smirk.

"Don't be absurd... "

Mom and Dad just kept arguing about their first interaction back in their high school years. Mom was lightly blushing while Dad just kept on teasing mom about it in which i found entertaining and silly. This feels... Nice...

"You Two act like a juvenile couple" i said out of the blue and then chuckle quietly.

This caught both of my parents attention and look at me with a surprised face. I don't know why but their reaction made me Chuckle more and loudly.

"Sorry hehe, Anywho i'm done eating so i'll be going now" I Said as i stood up with an empty plate on my hand and made my way to the kitchen to put it in the sink. I then made my way upstairs without batting an eye to what my parents are doing now. I brushed my teeth and grabbed my stuff for school. As i went downstairs My dad offered me a ride to school in which i decline ,said my goodbye and quickly left. I know that seems rude But You probably already know why.
