A pup who was having her first birthday ( Which means she was turning 1 year old) was very excited to have a birthday.
This birthday was happening where she lived, in the woods, at night.
Skye's P.O.V.
In the middle of my birthday, I heard a few coyotes howl, which was followed by silence...
A few coyotes suddenly jumped out from the thick trees and bushes, surrounding me and my parents.
"Skye RUN!" My father said as a coyote attacked him .
" Your mother will come with you!" He said.
"Come on Skye! Follow me!" My mother said.
I followed her to the middle of the forest when three coyotes pounced on her
"Skye, run and whatever you do, don't look back!" She said.
I ran away not even bothering to look back. I was scared to death.
When the screaming and eating sounds were gone, I began to slow down.
I had reached Adventure Bay.
"It's bigger than I imagined" I whispered to myself.
I walked down the grey path...
