- Y/n's POV -
I swing my sword at my opponent that stood in front of me. He dodges my attack by taking a step back but unfortunately for them, I use my electro element and quickly swung my sword at him again. Not expecting the sudden change in movement, I land an effective hit on him and he falls to the ground defeated.
I wipe my brow and I take the drink that was handed to me by one of the servants.
"Thank you." I say as I down the drink.
I hand it back to her and she hands me a towel before leaving the room. Another pair of servants picks up my opponent and takes him to the infirmary.
Done with my training, I exit the training grounds and headed inside. As I enter, a man quickly leaves past me, looking down in shame. Curious, I decided to visit where he most likely was inside.
It was the throne room and my sister was sitting down on her chair, unamused.
"Sis I'm assuming that's the 6th one this week. I'm curious, why don't you like any of these suitors?"
My sister stands up from her throne and walks down the few steps towards me. She smiles and rests a hand on my cheek.
"Y/n. All they do is throw their wealth and empty promises at me. None of them have what I desire."
"What is it that you desire then?" I ask as she shrugs at my question. "Then why do you still entertain the idea that they have a chance to be your lover?" I continue.
She sighs and turns away from me. She walks towards her large billboard and rips a piece of paper from it.
"Well its good business I suppose." She lays the piece of paper down onto the table and turns back to me. "Y/n. There are 2 things that are important to me." She walks back towards me and cups my face, making me give her a fish face. "You and mora."
I smile at the same love my sister has given me over my life. She worked so hard to become the who we are today. As the Tianquan, she is known for being highly meticulous in her work and holds a large amount of influence within Liyue.
"Why won't you get also married Y/n? Just like me, you've rejected all these women that throw themselves at you."
I nervously laugh at sis' question. Having Ningguang as your sister, you get used to her and her turning the tables in a conversation. Others that aren't used to it sometimes find it kind of insulting and offensive since they aren't used to her personality.
"It's quite simple really. They want me for my status and everything, not for me." I explain with a hint of sadness.
Knowing that everyone in Liyue knows about Ningguang and I's status and power, its difficult to find anyone that is not trying to get into my pants for the wealth.
"Excellent answer Y/n. Perhaps I may know a solution to your problem." Sis grabs another piece of paper that was on her desk and hands it to me. "Here take a look at this. I believe you'll like this opportunity."
I take the paper from her hands and read it. Its a request to pick up the Dandelion Wine shipment. I raise in eyebrow.
"You want me to go to Mondstadt to pick up a shipment of Dandelion Wine? Why can't someone else do this?"
"You said the women here only want us for your status. If you go to Mondstadt, its unlikely they'll know who you are. On the other hand, I am sending others to go but I just want you to be with them when you leave for tomorrow." She states.
"Tomorrow?"
"The party that is going to pick it up is leaving tomorrow. I want you to accompany them and stay in Mondstadt for a few weeks to see if you like it there. After that, you can come back home."
