The Eleven Method

1. Lay down in a comfortable position

2. Put a cloth or bandana over your eyes

3. Play a white sound noise (Some on YouTube)

4. Close your eyes and imagen you're self walking to your DR (Desired Reality) Self
(In first person/Your Point Of View)

5. Try falling asleep and hopefully you'll wake up in your DR (Desired Reality)

Never take the cloth/bandana off when using this method :)
