"Ah really? Well now you have." The brunette laughed, tucking a piece of hair behind her ear. "You're really pretty by the way, and I love your suit."
Dahyun felt herself get flustered slowly. "T-thank you, you're really pretty yourself." She complimented.
"Thanks, and are you sure you're not hungry? I can find something in here for you. I always dump a bunch of snacks in my briefcase since I go shopping until nighttime, It's a hardcore job at this point." Sana asked.
Dahyun laughed a bit and shook her head. "I'm fine, thank you though."
The other nodded and opened her briefcase again, flipping it upside down when one small purse fell out along with small hand-sized energy shots, chips, gummies, and other snacks fell everywhere. "Oh shit that's more than I remember dumping..."
"I'll help you." Dahyun rushed to start picking up the snacks, then placing them back into the open briefcase. "Here, don't worry about that." She smiled, her smile slowly fading as she felt something cold and wet on her legs. "Ah! What's this?" The dark-haired girl looked down at where she felt the liquid and saw an energy drink laying beside her thigh, opened.
"Oh fuck..." Sana muttered through clenched teeth. She grabbed a tissue from her small purse and rapidly pulled them out, handing some to Dahyun. "I'm sorry-" The brunette helped clean up the dirty spot as well, setting a pile of the dirty tissues beside herself.
"No worries, it's just a bit on my thigh. I'll be fine, I'm usually more clumsy than this anyway." Dahyun joked, patting her thigh one last time.
"How much were your bottoms? I'll repay you for it, they look pricey, I'm sorry." Sana bowed her head.
"I have another of the same pair, I'll be fine, I promise. Just please don't worry about it, okay?" Dahyun said.
"Okay, but just in case, here you go, and sorry again, you even helped clean." Sana got a pen from the bottom of her briefcase and wrote her number on a sticky pad. "Just in case you want another pair."
Dahyun took the sticky note and placed it in her purse. "Haha, alright I'll keep it."
Sana mentally congratulated herself.
"Someone looks happy." Dahyun said out loud quietly, covering her mouth instantly in embarrassment. I didn't mean to say that, dammit. She mentally slapped herself.
"Someone looks embarrassed," Sana joked.
"I-I'm sorry, I can't keep things to myself sometimes and I didn't mean anything bad about you!" Dahyun bowed her head, closing her eyes as she rambled on random apologies.
"Hey, you're fine, don't worry. I'm not offended at all, I was just kidding too." Sana replied.
Dahyun took a few breaths and calmed herself down, picking her head back up. "So how long have we been here already?" She wondered, looking around her surroundings
"Two hours and I'm going to take a nap so It goes by faster," Sana replied. She closed her briefcase and set it in a corner before laying her head down on it.
"M'kay." Dahyun responded, leaning her head against the wall of the elevator.
Half an hour later, some people came and opened the elevator, letting Sana and Dahyun both out with their things.
"I can't believe the time went by so fast in there just talking to you, I'll be bored now that we'll have to part ways." Dahyun frowned, adjusting the way the files were balanced on her arms after she took the other half of them back from Sana.
"Hey, you still have my number." Sana reminded her. Two employees appeared in between them and grabbed the brunette by each arm.
"Mrs, you didn't answer any of your mother's voicemails, she sent us looking for you with this message." One of them said and Sana pulled her arms out of their grip.
"I can walk there myself, let me say bye to my friend." She scoffed.
"We didn't receive orders saying you could do so, just saying that we should bring you up as soon as possible, I'm sorry we have to do this." The other grabbed her arm again and carried her away while the second security guard held her things.
Sana turned her head around and smiled. "Bye Dahyun! Y-you have my number still, don't forget!" She struggled to say before they turned a corner.
Dahyun smiled and started making her way to the main office, where she needed to drop off her files. The dark-haired girl walked in and dropped the files off with another worker who worked at the main office, then making her way over to some of her coworkers.
One of the groups of lawyers known by office workers as the judgy group were heard talking about what occurred earlier. "You know the CEO's daughter, Sana? I saw and heard that others saw her in the building earlier, she was getting escorted somewhere." Ryujin spoke.
"Her mother always has that girl wrapped around her finger, It's as if she isn't allowed to have her own life," Tzuyu replied, sipping some coffee.
"I heard she wasn't supposed to be in here in the first place," Minho said, turning around in his chair to join the conversation.
"Really? Wow, her mother really must be strict then, Sana is already twenty-four." Ryujin rested her arm on a desk as the three talked.
"Oh yeah I heard of that too, she came from this law firm's Japan headquarters because they kicked her out since she refused to become a lawyer, her mom is forcing her..." Tzuyu whispered the last part.
