Blood Wolves Old Ladies (2)Baby Makes Four

       It was amazing what 8 full hours of sleep could do for a girl.  With a quiet clubhouse all night even little Em hadn't woken up for her night feeding.  So come six this morning her girl had been up and hungry.  Very vocal about it too for once.

    "Want me to get her?" Cole sleepily offered kissing her neck

   "No I got her.  Try for another hour"she murmered then scooched out of bed to scoop up her girl.   Grabbing everything she'd need Liz then headed downstairs to the deserted main floor. 

   Refreshed from a good nights sleep she enjoyed the one on one morning time with Em.  Getting the bottle prepped she changed the little ones diaper before sitting down to feed her.  About half way done bottle wise a cup of coffee apeared on the table in front of her.  Thinking it was Cole she chidded that he should have taken the offer of an extra hours sleep. 

   "Im an early riser" Boomer quietly answered instead giving her a little zing of shock before she smiled up as the big guy took a seat across from her.  Last night Cole had shown her the picture of him holding Em.  Liz had got a good chuckle but now seeing him watch her eat she didn't bring it up.  Remindering herself that her days crew really didn't have anything to do with the kids till they could walk and talk.

   "Is she grunting?" again keeping his voice quiet as Em indeeded grunted chugging back her bottle.  She even held a little scowl that Liz found adorable and it was a lot like one she saw on Cole's face a time or two.

  "She slept through the night and missed a feeding.  So yep, grunting " Liz chuckled and saw a faint hint of a smile on Boomers face.  Liz could also see he wanted to say something but didn't rush him. Proping the bottle against her boob she took a sip of coffee and waited the big man out.

   It was as she lifted Em to her sholder to burp she saw him shift and knew it was finally coming.  "I know it hasn't been.."he began but cut off when Em let out an impressive burp.  Seeing concern on his face she assured him it was normal then waited for him to start up again.

  "I know it hasnt been easy, the little surprise there and the club not considering we had a baby in house.  He hasn't ment to leave it all on you either." clearly uncomfortable he continues  "Been working like crazy to get the new build done.  I don't think he realized till last night that things were slipping.  Can you give him a little more time to get it right?"  Boomer requested sounding as if he though she already had one foot out the door.  Did they really come off so screwed up that the silent giant came forward or was it his own insecurities coming forward. 

   "I'm not going anywhere Boom.  This girl right here is mine, blood doesn't mean shit.  I claimed her the second I learned her bio mom jumped ship." her voice quiet but dead serious because it was fact.  No matter what happenned between Cole and Liz these babies were hers.  As for Cole she wouldn't talk about their relationship with another brother.  Wouldn't disrespecr him that way. Yesterday she'd slipped up with Crow and it wouldn't happen again.  "Shuffle back from the table a bit big man" she instructed as she stood up and though he didn't question why he did it.

    Holding Em against her chest with one arm Liz used her other to move Boomers into possition.  Done swiftly the poor man didn't catch on till she was placing Em in his arms.  "You wont hurt her I promise" she gently assured as when he shook his head no.  Realizing he wasn't going to win he just stared down at the baby while Em studied and cewed at him.

   Going back to her own seat Liz watched and drank her coffee before pulling out her phone.  The timing perfect too as she caught the moment both man and baby smiled.  Saw the moment he relaxed into the seat.

   "Your the strongest you know.  Of the three, your the steel.  Brinn's the heart.  Sin the calm."  he stated only briefly looking up so she could see he was serious before looking back at Em.  "Your momma is one strong lady little one" he then whispered to the now sleeping baby in his arms.  And damn her hormones it brought tears to her eyes.

     Arriving at work Crow made her cry again when he showed her the surprise up stairs.  With a little shuffling of furniture a crib had been set up in Brinn's apartment.  Complete with a change table that was fully stocked so she wouldn't have to cart a suitcase each day to work.

    "Brinn mentioned you were nervous about finding someone to watch her at the clubhouse.  So when your ready the sitter can come here and you can watch" he explained pointing out the camera placed at serveral different angles.  Then taking her downstairs he showed her monitor Cript the clubs resident techy had set up at her desk.

   "This is amazing, thank you for this Crow" Liz thanked pulling him down for a hug.

   "Does Switch know your making moves on his girl?" Moss teased as he arrived throught the front door.

   "Your just made because you didn't think to try first" Liz shot back with a smile and found herself pulled into his arms.

   "Glad you found your spunk again firecracker" he whispered in her ear before setting her down again.  "Hands to yourself" he then ordered Crow with a hard look before heading back.

  "Go cuddle your girl Crow" she teased pointing to the swing and you didn't have to tell the big guy twice.

   Appointments in the morning schedualed for smaller pieces Liz greeted each as clients came and went.  When it was Em's nap time she took her up to the crib and turned on the ocean wonders machine she hadn't noticed before.  Back downstairs Crow helped her adjust the sound so she could watch and listen.

   Busy with a client she heard Em's first grumbling indicating she was waking.  Pointing to Crow then the cieling the man was moving quick allowing her to keep working.  It was an all around amazing morning so when Cole arrived she pulled him down for a big kiss.  Caught off gaurd it took him a second but her guy figured it out fast enough.

   "Babe" he chuckled when they finally pulled apart and gave her a swatt on the butt before Crow handed of Em to him. 

    It then hit her that this would be the first time he'd been on alone time daddy detail.  Also that this would be the first time in a month that she wouldn't have her girl.  Taking a few deep breaths to calm herself Liz explained that she'd left a couple premade bottles at home.  She also restocked the diaper bag so as long as he had it he's be fine.  Right down to an extra couple sleeper but he'd learn the why to that on his own.

   "Give kisses mumma" Cole teased before he left and while she took the offer she also hoped reason 2 for the extra sleepers happened to him.  Once he was gone having taken the SUV she had a couple tears but rallied quick.  He needed this time too.

    Determind Liz saw to the next wave of clients before Goon arrived and they left for her appointment.   Tonight she's tell him so that it would be him sitting in the waiting room with her for the next one.
