Beam's POV

"—and that was all ladies and gents thank you for paying attention and being cooperative in our annual first day ceremony, may all the warnings and rules be with you, you may all go to your respective factions"

"It was only our first day but the headmaster already give us tons of assignments"

"Indeed, and it looks like, we on the white faction are the only one who looks distress, those on the red one looks comfortable"

"Why would they not, even if the school gave is equal to everyone, when it comes to own physical ability they have the advantage"

Well they are right

Even our school promotes equality for all the students regardless of its gender and second gender,

What still matters the most to fully blend in this school, is one's physical ability,

That's why even if the school wanted to eradicate all the discrimination, they still can't help to use some handicaps,

Especially in our cases— The Omegas.

Because our population aside from having the primary gender (being a girl or a boy) there is an existence of secondary that which consists of—

Alpha (15% of the population)

Individuals who have the secondary gender of this are the dominant one, they are usually the rulers, the strongest and intellectuals. They are so domineering in nature that is why whenever there is an Alpha on the side you cannot help to notice it's appearance. But they cannot be equal to Gods, because one thing that can make the Alphas go wild is when they are in rut once every three months.

Beta (80% of the population)

Betas are the normal, everyday people. They can be strong if they are trained, can be intellectual if given good education.

Omega (5% of the population)

Omegas are typically the smallest or slightest of the three secondary genders. They are the softer and more gentle ones. They are the nurturing parents who raise their children and they are the only ones in here who can get pregnant besides Beta females, regardless of their primary gender and they are typically seen as submissive.

Like alphas have ruts, omegas have heats, which are basically when they are most fertile, and an omega's heat can be triggered or set off early by alphas (like displays of strength or the scent of an alpha in rut).

Though ruts and heats can really be seen as difficult to handle there are already some medication that can suppressed it.

There are various law as well that protect each one of us for possible discrimination.

Because in my country, boy or girl, omega, beta or alpha, we were treated equally and respectfully.

But as mentioned, even though my country is aiming for that, we can't really help to adjust for our everyone's safety.

That's why in our school, the only prestigious university that caters only the nobles of the four kingdom created factions to control the possible damage.
