Prologue
It was eleven o'clock down at Godric's Hollow. The silvery moon hanging above seemed to radiate and shine especially on one house. This house was in ruins: roof caved in and sides broken. There was also a little boy in the house. He had jet-black hair and startling green eyes. His mother's eyes.
Then, with a pop, a large man appeared. He had a great, shaggy beard and beetle-black eyes. His name was Hagrid and he was to retrieve the boy in the broken house. As this giant of a man picked him up, there was the revving of an engine heard above. There sat another man. He had brownish-blackish hair, down just past his shoulders. It was Sirius Black.
Sirius landed gently on the ground, the engine shutting down completely. He jumped off the bike roughly, quite unlike his depart.
"I-i-is that him? Is that baby Harry?" He asked with a hoarse voice, his grey eyes filled with sorrow and despair. "Let me take him. He and Indigo can grow up together; Asphodella and I can raise them both," he pleaded.
"Sorry, Sirius," the man named Hagrid asked with his low, gruff voice, "Got some specific orders from Dumbledore. I gotta bring him to his Aunt and Uncle's."
"Okay," Sirius sighed, all hope lost. "Well, you can take my motorbike. I won't be needing it any longer."
Hagrid nodded and took the bike, hopping on with young Harry in his hands. And with that he took off.
"Good luck, Harry James Potter," Sirius mumbled, staring at his old bike rising higher into the sky. "And goodbye, Lily and James." And as soon as Hagrid and Harry were out of sight, Sirius turned and disappeared with a CRACK.
