Ch 36 - A new comer

After one year

Mew pov

It's been more than one year we got married, we celebrated our anniversary last month in our house. This one year,I should say my life is a blissful life for me.

Gulf always take care of me , I don't noo how he understands every problem of me before I explain to him. He consoles me, supports me, encourage me and mostly loves me more than anything in this world.

I always makes mess in kitchen but he never scolds me ,he asks our maid's to clean or sometime he only cleans it. I never cried because of him but whenever I cry he is there for me.

He is extremely possesive of me if we went to outside. If someone makes him jealous then their life would be hell.

I don't say I was not worried about his job but now I worry less compared to below year as he became the head officer ,he mostly don't need to go for solving the cases, but he and bright helps the officers for solving the cases .

All my students are now doing internship in different companies other than their own parents company as I said it would be helpful to them for exploring the real business world .

Gulf pov

This one year of marriage is a roller coaster ride for me with mew. He always try new things at home . I always feels calm whenever I look at his face.

He makes the any atmosphere to happy with his smile and cuteness. He is still teaching in the university and all his students likes him so much.

I can never be angry at him, whenever he does a mistake he comes to me a with a cute pout and explains everything . He never hides things from me which makes our relationship stronger.

Today I got a call from one of officer to come to hospital as they found new details for the case.

The case is about a accident done yesterday. I felt something different from the accident so I asked one officer to investigate the case ,I think he found something that is reason he asked me to come.

Author pov

After gulf went to hospital , the officer explained everything about the case making mew shock . He decided one thing but he also have to take mew' s permission for this.

He called mew

Mew : " hello hubby "

Gulf : " Darling can you come to xxx hospital now "

Mew : " huh?...did anything happen to you ?"

Gulf : " ayya..no darling...I have to discuss something with you, can you come now "

Mew : " hmm okay, I will come in 30 mins"

Gulf : " okay darling drive safely...ummma....luv u "

Mew : " okay hubby bye "

Mew went to the hospital that gulf informed directly from his university. He called gulf to inform he reached hospital. Gulf came out to take mew inside .

"Hey darling " gulf waved at mew after seeing him

"Hi hubby, what happened ? Why do you ask me to come to hospital ?" Mew asked worriedly

"I have something to ask you darling, come with you I will take you somewhere " gulf said and took mew to a room while holding mew's hand.

There is a baby in hospital cradle who has some wounds on her body. Mew immediately went to the cradle seeing girl's condition.

"Who is she hubby ? What happened to her ? Why is her body with wounds ?"  Mew asked worriedly seeing the girl.

" Actually we got informed that there is a car accident yesterday , it involves one couple and their daughter they were immediately taken to the hospital but the couple were dead while coming to the hospital as this little girl was in children's seat she didn't have heavy injuries so the doctors were able to save her. But we got a doubt on the accident " gulf started explaining

"What happened?" Mew asked

Flashback

The other officer and gulf before mew come

Gulf : " so is our intuition right?"

Officer : "yes sir, your doubt is right . It's not an accident, their own family arranged it to look like a accident "

Gulf : " what ? Why they did that ? "

Officer : " Because the man's brother lost all his properties and money for drinking and betting but this man has increased his property with so much hardwork. His brother thought if this men die with his family he will get whole property ."

Gulf : " what about their parents ?"

Officer : " They were died few years back ,so only he and his brother were there in their family "

Gulf : " what about the lady in the accident ?"

Officer : " That lady is a orphan ,this man loved her in university and got married . So she doesn't have anyone except his husband and daughter  but for the daughter what we have to do ?"

Gulf : " we can't send the baby to that man's brother . Let us do one thing for now arrest that brother and I will think of the baby "

Officer nodded and went to take care of it.

Flashback ended

Mew has a tears in his eyes while listening to gulf about the baby's history. He snapped his head to the baby when the baby started crying. He took the girl from cradle in his arms and stroked her back .

"Hubby, I think she is hungry call the doctor na " mew said making gulf to call doctor.

Gulf came with the doctor ,he heart is swelled to see the scene infront of him. Mew is playing with the girl by boping their noses making the baby giggle.

The doctor went to check the baby but she is not willing to leave mew. If someone take the baby from mew she is crying making mew instantly take her.

The doctor sighed and said..
Let her be in your arms , I will check like this " and doctor continued checking the baby while gulf was sitting beside mew .

"She is okay now but a little weak and also her stomach is hungry. I will send some milk with nurse ,so please feed her that " the doctor said and they both nodded our heads looking at the baby who is sucking mew's shirt making gulf coo at her .

After nurse came and gave a bottle of milk to them. Mew started feeding milk to the baby by bottle who immediately started sucking the sipper of bottle.

Gulf was thinking how to ask mew about what he was thinking , mew who observed gulf who is restless in thinking asked gulf...

"What happened hubby ? What are you thinking that much ?"

"Darling,I was thinking about the baby " gulf said

" Can't we adopt her as she doesn't have anyone ?" mew asked making gulf shock as he also wants to ask the same thing to mew

"Darling...!!..I love you so much " gulf said and started kissing mew on his face making mew giggle while completing the feeding .

The baby slept after drinking milk, so mew cleaned the baby's mouth with his shirt gently and made her sleep in cradle but the girl hold mew's thumb with her little hand making mew have tears in his eyes.
