Yo, it's been awhile hasn't it?

Herobrine's POV
When I left, I had just settled Steve into bed. He had dosed off and was very much asleep before I teleported to the End to bother Ender with my unnerving curiosity.
Yet as I returned, both his bed and bathroom were empty. Only for me to find him and Notch downstairs, my brother rambling on and on about his wife.
"She was the light of every conversation....There wasn't a day that went by that she didn't want to help out with things in the Aether...." I rolled my eyes at how he smiled before looking up towards me.
"Looks like the ocelot's out of the bag Steve, get some rest" My love only groaned as he turned towards me with a pout.
"To bed, Steve" I pointed up the stairs sternly. He stood with a sigh, along with immaturely rolling his eyes at me.
"Life of the party...Night Notch" As he passed me I swatted his behind and bid Notch a good night. Following him towards his room.
"I clearly remember you falling asleep before I checked on Ender" Steve yawned softly as he sat on the bed, looking at me with a raised eyebrow.
"And I clearly remember, I don't sleep long without you in bed with me" He shot back, scooting towards his side of the bed while I got ready to sleep. The second I laid down, Steve cuddled up next to me and held me close, sighing in content.
"Could you tell me more about Notch's wife?" I hadn't meant to flinch at the subject but it happened. I could only sigh as I held Steve close.
"She was annoying first off...but.....then she had this weird ability to just not be as annoying over time y'know?"
"So she grew on you?" He asked with a laugh. I gave a half chortle as I smirked to the memory. Her annoyingly cheery green eyes as she'd greet me in joy whenever I would visit before I went mad.....
I missed that.
"Yeah...she did"
Ender's POV
I groaned aloud as I came to, shaking my head to rid the tiredness I felt from the most recent rut I fell into. Yet even though I was drained beyond compare, Aleks' heat still hit me in waves.
"Mm...Ender..." Aleks nuzzled the side of my neck and I gave a low chuff as I coiled my tail around his.
"Mate" I shivered and groaned as the nagging feeling of someone entering the end filled me with dread as I untangled myself from him.
"What's that?" Aleks asked, I turned to see him rubbing a hand on his bare chest. I nearly gave into my rut, yet the feeling only got stronger.
"A challenger approaches, I should have asked Master to close the End portal for me" I shook my head as I got dressed.
"Should I help?" With a small chuckle I shook my head.
"I will be fine my love, pray for the challenger...." My tail lashed out in annoyance that they dared to enter as I was with my mate. They'd pay greatly.
"Rest, I will return" Aleks smiled but accepted the kiss I offered him, wishing me good luck as I left the chamber, growling to myself as I let myself out to the open land of the End, transforming with the sickening crackle and numbing pain that I was used to hearing.
With blazing eyes I roared out, my eyes narrowed as I flew, looking for the one to enter our domain.
They'd pay the price with their blood.
