Chapter 48 Meeting the wife

“rona are you not yet done? We are going to be late”
Seokhoon knocked at their walk in closets door

“im coming!”
She shouted and opened the door revealing seokhoon in a black suit. Rona smiled looking at seokhoon from head to toe

“you look amazing seokhoon-ah”
She complemented and clinged her arms to seokhoon’s

“of course your boyfriend alwyas looks amazing in a suit or in just an ordinary clothes”
He proudly smiled and looked at rona

“you look very pretty today my love”
Seokhoon said and hugged her from her waist making rona chuckled at his sweetness towards her

“seokhoon. Lets just cuddle later, maybe professor adam’s birthday party is already starting”
Letting go of her, seokhoon groaned and stood straight and fixed himself.

“lets go”
The two exited the room and procceds to their black shiny car and went straight to the venue where prof adam’s party are being held

A long table that is placed to the side with a white cloth that is full of foods and drinks. Many people where chit chatting in a luxurious dress and luxurious suits. The whole place is decorated with flowers, lights and many more decorations. And of course a big happy birthday balloon in the front and big screen projector. Prof adam and his wife where chit chatting with their friends, family and students. Soon the couple arrived in no time hand in hand. The students are just gossiping about how gorgeous rona is and of course how handsome is seokhoon in his suit. Min jae,sunwoo, yu ri and min ah approached them looking at rona from head to toe.

“look who’s here. Bae rona is finally here”
Yu ri squealed as soon as they approacged rona. The boys and girls just looked at rona and smiling at how pretty she is. All of their attention goes to rona making ju da scoffed and drank her red wine. Soon they approached professor adam and his wife and handed their gift.

“i thought you cant come. Finally you two are here. Let me introduce my lovey wife to you, Sirene”
Sirene smiled at them and of course they smiled and bow at her as a respect.

“hi nice to meet you ma’am sirene. I am bae rona in the class of professor eva”
She  smiled and sirene smiled back

“nice to meet you too, rona. And i know who you are young boy, my husband once told me that you are good at playing piano and you too rona. I want to hear your voice”

“so you already knew our names?”
Rona asked looking at adam, professor adam just smiled

“of course! My husband brags about you two and never stops saying how good you are”
Laughing as she remembered her husband bragging about how talented his students are. he responded to the conversation before his wife could say how much he bragged about rona and seokhoon.
“just chat with my students later hon. Let them eat dinner first. Seokhoon, rona just pick whatever you want and have a nice dinner. If you need anything just approach me or my wife, understand?”
As he instructs the kids ju da is secretly glancing at them still drinking her red wine. her body was already full of jealousy towards rona, not only because she is pretty but also because of her voice. Not only that and because of the popularity she gained since she stepped onto juilliard art school. And of course she is envy of rona cause she has seokhoon, not because of his looks but also his attitudes. She really likes him although seokhoon already rejected her.

“rona do you have a sister?”
Min ah asked in the middle of their silent dinner rona stopped eating and smiled looking at min ah

“i have a half sister but i treated her as my full sister. She is my dad’s daughter in some other woman. And also my mother loves her too we treat each other as a family not a half. he also sings like me his voice is also beautiful. but she didn’t  continued singing because of what happened before. now she is following our father in becoming a doctor”
As she tell them about her sister she cant help but to smile in the tought of eunbyeol. She is right in helping eunbyeol because of that eunbyeol’s life changed from miserable and from a broken family to a new life and a new person and with a prefect family. She cant ask for anything but to have a happy and perfect family.

“what about you joo seokhoon? Do you have a sister or a brother? If you have a brother then prepare to be my brother-in-law”
Yu ri asked hoping seokhoon would answer a borther but her smile dropped as soon as seokhoon said sister

“wahhhh. I tought i can really have a boyfriend. My life sucks”
The others laughed as yu ri lazily ate her dinner. Yu ri dropped her utensils as soon as rona spoke

“i have a cousin if you want”
Rona spoke not looking at yu ri because she knew what yu ri’s reaction is

“yah bae rona. You are so pretty and at the same time kind. Well can you drop his ig? Or any social media accounts?”
Rona chuckled and as the others

‘i’ll intoruce you to him tomorrow. I’ll send you his ig and just dm him”

“i am not wrong when i said that you are the most kind person that i have ever known. Thank you in advance. But can you tell us his name?”

“dohyuk. Han dohyuk. He is my cousin in my mother’s side”
Yu ri nodded and smiled like an idiot

“stop smiling everbody will think that you are crazy”
Professor adam approached them making yu ri flinched because professor adam is in her back

“gosh prof. My heart almost fell”
Yu ri said as she puts her hand onto her chest

“its a relief that it almost”
Professor adam laughed and soon the others making yu ri pretending to cry. They just tell stories and eating and laughing As the party goes on.
