Madi's P.O.V
Tick, tock, tick tock. The sound of the clock was booming through my ears when I crawled out of bed. I'm 7 years old and I've lived through too much at my age. I've lived in London Hill Orphanage for girls since I was 4. My daddy used to beat me with a stick until I was bleeding so much that if he hit me again I would die. I've never been out of the orphanage for three years.
"MADI! GET DOWN HERE!" Yelled Miss. Button, or as I call her, Miss. Butt. I hope I get adopted sometimes soon at least.
"I'm coming!" Miss Button was never the nicest person on the planet, but she didn't kill me so that's good. When I walked down stairs I saw five teenage boys. All of them look nice and sweet.
"Girls, we have visitors! Make sure to impress them!" Miss Button said. I stuck my tongue at her when she wasen't looking, and the boys started to laugh, but sadly, she saw me and screamed in my face.
"MADISON! DON'T YOU DARE STICK YOUR TONGUE OUT AT ME! GO TO YOUR ROOM! YOU'RE NEVER EVER GONNA GET ADOPTED YOU LITTLE PIECE OF TRASH!" She yelled. I knew she got angry but she never said anything like that. I know for a fact she was over reacting but it was too late. My eyes were filled with tears when I ran up to my room. I layed down on my bed (if you call a pillow and blanket on the floor a bed) and cried my eyes out.
Liam's P.O.V
"MADISON! DON'T YOU DARE STICK YOUR TONGUE OUT AT ME! GO TO YOUR ROOM! YOU'RE NEVER EVER GONNA GET ADOPTED YOU LITTLE PIECE OF TRASH!" Miss Button yelled. The little girl ran up to her room with tears in her eyes. Poor little girl. Miss Button mumbled something under her breath but I couldn't understand it. She left the room to get the rest of the girls.
"Wow, she's really mean." I told the guys.
"I wanna adopt her!" Yelled Louis.
"You wanna adopt Miss Button?" Niall asked while stuffing food in his face.
"NO! I wanna adopt Madison! She looks really sweet!" Louis said. All of us agreed and I went to find Madison to tell her. I found her door and knocked.
"Miss Button go away!" Madison yelled
"It isn't Miss Button" I said quickly
"Oh, then come in!" I walked inside to find Madison laying on a dirty blanket on the floor with tears in her eyes. Once she saw me she wiped the tears away.
"Hi Madison" I said
"Can you please call me Madi?" She asked
"Of course, so Madi how would you like to have us adopt you?" I asked her. Her eyes went wide.
"A-Adopt me? Why? Everyone hates me..." She said
"We don't hate you." I said as the guys walked in
"So you are gonna adopt me?" She said shocked
"Yup!" We all said. I walked downstairs to tell Miss Button that we decided who we wanted.
"Miss Button? We found someone we would like to adopt." I said to her.
"Oh great! Alyssa! They are gonna adopt you!" She yelled
"Alyssa? We would like to adopt Madison.." I told her confused. She seemed shocked.
"Madison? You have got to be kidding! Alyssa is the prettiest! And the most behaved one. Madison is very shy and loud. You get her upset shes shy you get her excited she's loud. Trust me you don't want her!" She told me
"We are adopting her and that's final." I said sternly.
"I bet you will bring her back in two days." She grumbled handing me the papers. Louis is the oldest so he signed as guardian. I went upstairs and Madi was asleep. I picked her up and walked downstairs into the van. What a ride this will be...
