One - 1

Lluvia's perspective.

"Lluvia! You're going to be late for school! Let's go"

My mom shouted loudly from downstairs, loud enough for me to hear her.

"I'm coming!" I shouted back as i took my school bag and my phone and rushed downstairs.

I took a bottle of water from the fridge. I always carry a bottle of water to school.

"Let's go" i said while looking at my mom. She nodded and we walked towards the car after locking the door.

My parent's have three children, I'm the first born. The other two are twins. They chose to go to a private boarding school so we only get to see them during the school holidays.

And i, preferred a public school. Private schools are just too much for my liking.

"Your dad said i should tell you that he loves you. And he misses you."

I looked at her and nodded. Again, i looked out the window. I am an introvert. I love spending time alone, i enjoy my own company.

My dad is literally my best friend! He's currently on a business trip in London. I miss him!

"I love him too." I mumbled to myself but quite loud enough for her to hear me because she chuckled a little.

My parents have been together for 19 years. And they are still madly in love with each other. They make me believe in true love. They are the definition of 'true love'.

Realising that we've reached the school premises, i turned to look at my mom. I kissed her cheek and she smiled.

"I love you mom"

"I love you too nana"

I smiled and got out the car.

"Do not forget that your presentations are due tomorrow. Come prepared, we have a lot of work to do." Mr. Wilson concluded just before the siren went.

Everyone walked out of the classroom for the interval after nodding at what Mr Wilson had said.

I walked towards the cafeteria, where my friends and I usually meet.

As I was walking, I bumped into a hard chest and my phone fell. I gasped staring at it in disbelief.

Stupid people!

He handed the phone to me and I looked up to thank him but I met his beautiful hazel eyes. Our eyes locked and we maintained eye contact for about a good slow 20 seconds before..

"Lluvia!", my best friend Camilla called.

I blinked a few times before looking down. I looked back up.

"uhh.. I'm sorry?.." I said, clearly forgetting what I'm apologizing for.

"You're beautiful, Lluvia." He said.

Oh God! His voice!

"Thank you. You're not too bad yourself."

He let out a low chuckle at my response.

"I'll see you around. Bye." With that said, he walked away. I looked back to watch him walk away.

"Lluvia." Camilla's voice decided to bring me back to earth. Aww what would I be without her? Note the sarcasm.

"What?" I asked her, sounding very annoyed.

She scoffed causing me to roll my eyes. We walked towards the cafeteria. Camilla and I have been friends since 5th grade, she lives about 15 minutes away from my house.

"He is very good looking though." Camilla spoke before sipping on her can of coca cola.

Hell yeah! He is my angel on Ea..

Wait, did i say 'my'?! Oh god i don't even know his name!

"What's his name? He could be the new guy Fiona and her rats have been talking about all week. And i haven't seen the new guy so what's his name?"

Unfortunately, I do not know his name Camilla !

Fiona is just some spoilt brat who thinks she's the 'it girl'. Poor Sara and Tania, her friends, she tells them what to do all the damn time. Whatever she says, goes. When it comes to Sara and Tania.

"I don't know his name Cam." I said.

Her eyes shot up very quickly at me before blinking rapidly. I rolled my eyes at her.

"WHAT? How do you not know his name Llu?"

"Because you decided to interrupt us, he could barely say a word because you were just so impatiently waiting for me."

She rolled her eyes.

"Don't blame me."

I shook my head to prevent myself from saying anything. We spoke about other things before the siren went. We went to our classes.
