Los Angeles California 2024. A bank robbery was happening at the City Bank.

Robber:NOBODY MOVE! MOVE AND I'LL SHOOT!

Just then a black blur runs past the robber.

Robber:Who's there?!

Just then a black figure appeared behind him holding a gun.

???:Drop the weapon or I'll shoot.

The robber looked behind him to see a mysterious man wearing a black mask and a fully black body suit with a black bullet on his chest.

Robber:Hmph! So your this "Black Bullet" that I've been hearing so much about?
Black Bullet:I'm not gonna ask you again.

This time The Black Bullet got more serious holding the gun to the robber's head.

Black Bullet:Put. The gun. Down.
Robber:And why should I listen to you? If you ask me you just seem like some kid carrying around a gun calling himself a super hero. I should just blow your brains out right here.

BAM!

Robber:Ugh!

The robber had thought he was dead and so did the people in the bank however the robber was alive but unable to move.

Robber:What the...I can't move. What did you do to me?!

The Black Bullet blew the smoke from his gun and told the robber what he fired into him.

Black Bullet:A stun bullet. The bullet that stuns you for a period of time. Long enough for the police to get here.
Robber:What the hell are you?!
Black Bullet:Just someone who's out to get scum like you put where they belong. Behind bars.

He slowly looked around at the people in the bank.

Black Bullet:Is everyone here alright?

They all nodded as to say they were all ok.

Black Bullet:Who runs this bank?

Just then a man with a suit on came up to him.

???:I do sir.

He slowly approached him.

Black Bullet:Tell the police if they ask who took this guy down. That there is no need to thank me. I'm just doing my job.
Bank CEO:Who are you?
Black Bullet:You can call me. The Black Bullet.
Bank CEO:Thank you so much sir.
Black Bullet: Like I said. No need to thank me...

He slowly turned around as he walked away.

Black Bullet:I'm just doing my job.

He then speeds off. Later on at the police station a sheriff sees another incident with the mysterious being known as The Black Bullet.

Sheriff:DAMMIT!

He yells as he slams his hands on the table.

Sheriff:MORE OF THIS BLACK BULLET BULLSHIT!!! Whoever he is...I WILL CATCH HIM!!!
Officer:But sir isn't he on our side?
Sheriff:I DON'T CARE! WE DON'T NEED ANY DAMN SUPERHEROES IN THIS PLACE STOPPING CRIMINALS WITH SOME WEIRD BULLET POWERS!

Just then the commissioner comes in.

Commissioner:That is quite enough Sheriff Woods!
Sherriff Woods:Commissioner you know as well as I do that this Black Bullet or whatever they call him is a dangerous criminal!
Commissioner:How exactly is he a criminal?
Sheriff Woods:Think about it? He shoots other criminals with a gun.
Commissioner:That doesn't have the kind of bullet that kills people.
Sheriff Woods:Look either way–
Commissioner:I don't want to hear it! You better not go after him! Because if you do...THEN YOUR FIRED!!!

The commissioner stormed off as Sheriff Woods looked at the newspaper talking about The Black Bullet.

Sheriff Woods:Just you wait Black Bullet. I will catch you one day. Your mine!

The Black Bullet runs into his home where he takes off his suit revealing his true identity. David Brock. A boy who was orphaned and abused by his foster parents as well as bullied in school. He is a man who swore to never kill anyone. In the day he is a normal man who works a job as the owner of a coffee shop. However at night he is a vigilante who fights crime. He became The Black Bullet after he had killed his foster father as a kid when he swore to never kill anyone. He trained very hard to master his powers and become a hero. He has fought many foes throughout the years and saved the lives of many. He is not very well known but the police know full well who he is as some support him while some want him in jail for assault with a deadly weapon. However his weapon was not deadly. It was a homemade gun used specifically for his life as a crime fighter. He also was able to run just as of not faster then a speeding bullet. Whenever there was a cry for help. One way or another David always answered the call. That night he went to bed for work exhausted from the bank robbery as well as a few other crimes he had to stop before it.
