It is the year of 1984, the wind was howling throughout the midnight air. Aria was standing there with her blonde hair flowing through the wind while she was awaiting for her lover, Beca. It had been months since they had seen each other due to the reason being that they live in different states. The two girls met when they were in the first grade in the year of 1973. It was at the end of the first grade when they'd started to become friends and hung out during the summer and they became closer. Beca's mother and father had divorced during that summer of 1978 being five years later, while she was going into the sixth grade, Beca had moved to Orlando, Florida with her father. On the other hand, Aria lives in Quinwood, South Carolina with her grandparents.
Aria has been living with her grandparents for almost 4 years after her parents' accident. She hardly ever has her parents as a topic in her life. Beca is the only one she can really talk to about them and the accident besides her grandparents. Aria only trusts Beca with all her personal things because obviously that is her girlfriend for almost 6 years. After the years have passed, Beca and Aria have grown stronger together ever since Aria's parents accident and Beca's parents divorcing. This summer they are finally going to see one another, Beca, who had been driving long hours to see her girlfriend for their 6th year anniversary. They are both excited to see one another, but there is one thing that Aria is going to be expecting after speaking with Becca within all those hours and days throughout the summer.
This summer is going to take a twist in their relationship. What nobody else knows is that Beca isn't being truly honest with Aria. Becca has a boyfriend, Jakob; a year has almost flew by since they have been together. Beca doesn't have feelings for Aria anymore after the past 6 years. Their night is going to be the date that Beca will tell Aria the truth, and how she has a boyfriend and doesn't have feelings for her anymore. Aria is in for a shocking moment in her life; it will be a deplorable night with Beca.
