It was black, pitch black and Elaine stood up "hello?" She called. No answer . "Hello?" She yelled again, this time, there was a faint yelp. Elaine walked toward the noise "is anyone there?" She whispered. The room suddenly lit up and Elaine jumped, startled by the brightness. Elaine saw nothing, only white. She walked around the room feeling the walls for a way out. She heard more yelps coming frim the corner of the room. Elaine slowly approached the corner but nothing happened. Then there was a loud bang and Elaine was out.
