The storm had passed and every one went home safely. Then as everyone left I went to my mother and said to he kindly "mother please may I go to Ellie's house" then my mother said to me as if someone died "well sweetie Ellie was washed some where up on the shore and we have all the guards searching for her." I replied with fear and anger "WHAT I NEED TO GO FIND HER!!" Then I swam away to go find my best friend. My mother grabbed my hand and gave me a locket with a cream pearl inside and she said to me wisely "this will unlock your mermaid power, use it wisely and don't let it fall into the ring hands or our kingdom will be in danger quick go go before the guards find you!" I nodded and swam at the speed of light.
