Part 2

6 more months have passed..

*Winter POV* Flashback 3 months ago

I'm staying the night at the hospital again. It's been 11 months since the car accident and my girlfriend is still in a coma. So for the past 11 months, I come over to the hospital when I can to at least watch her and take care of her.

It's 11 pm and I'm listening to some R&B music. I'm sitting on a chair beside her, watching her. I miss you, so much. She lays on the bed, still.

"Winter?" A woman's voice came from the door and I turned to look, Karina's mother. "You should sleep Winter," she softly says and I continued to stare at my girlfriend. "I will, Ms. Yoo. I just hope she waked up any moment now," I sadly said and caressed Karina's hand. "She will," she quietly said, she hugged me and greeted me goodnight, and left the room.

"Good night baby," I said and kissed her forehead. I'm tired, I want to sleep. I continue holding her hand and I fell asleep beside her, my head laying down just where her hand is.

Next day. (3rd PPOV)

"Uh-ugh"

Karina has woken up, after 11 months. "H-huh, where am I?" She asked herself confusingly. She looked around, I'm in a hospital? She looked down to see what was touching her hand, another hand. And a head, Winter?

Karina fixed her vision and stares at the younger one who was sleeping, her hand held tightly to Karina's. Winter. Baby. She smiles weakly.

"Baby," Karina calls out for Winter, moving her hands so that she'd wake up. Winter groans and started talking, "No Ms. Yoo, I'm not gonna go home.."

"Baby," Karina calls out again. She felt Winter stiffened. "Wake up, baby," Karina weakly chuckled. Winter stayed in her laying position for a bit and she sat straight, facing Karina. Tears in her eyes.

"K-Karina?" she stuttered. "Hi," the older smiles. "Y-you're awake-" she says, she's crying. "I missed you so much," she continued to cry, their hands are still entangled together. "Can you please kiss me?" Karina impatiently says and Winter gave a small laugh. The younger stood up and leaned into the girl. Giving her a kiss, a kiss they've both longed to have for so long.

Winter then kissed her forehead after their kiss. "I'm glad you're awake," she smiles widely. "How long have you been awake?"

"Just a while ago, how long was I asleep?" Karina asks with curiosity. "11 months," Winter says.

11... 11 months?

"Whhat- has it really been that long?" she was shocked. Winter just nods and the door opens.

"Winter- Karina?!"

End of flashback (Winter POV)

"Get ready Winter Kim," Karina mischievously chuckles at the younger, they're having a tickle fight. "No!" Winter shouts laughing as she tried to get away from the older.

Unfortunately, Karina got hold of Winter and started to tickle her on her weak spot, her tummy. Winter laughs and screams. "B-babe- stop- that-" she struggles to say out as she was laughing.

Karina stops, still holding Winter tightly. Instead of letting go of her then, she leans in to kiss the younger.

"You taste like cherries," Karina mumbles in between their kiss. Winter gave a groan and pulled away. Karina stared at her, confused.

"We're not done yet!" Winter says and jumps to the girl, tickling her back. Now it was Karina's turn to scream and laugh uncontrollably.

Their night ended with the two, asleep, cuddling like kittens.

It's not a dream this time.
