Good or Bad Habits?

Chapter 1

JAAY'S POV
Tomorrow I am finally moving out to Los Angeles with my sister. I'm a Youtuber and I also produce music so I have to move out to LA because my manager works & lives there and I, I'm stuck in North Carolina, so we have no way to work on my music together. I mean I have a nice home and everything, sometimes there just nothing to do here, plus all my friends live in Los Angeles.

"JAAY.. Wake up, our parents are here!" yell Jane. I grabbed the nearest pillow and threw it at her as hard as I could. "Ughh.." I groaned. If you know me you know I hate waking up early. I search for my phone while I was still laying on my bed. I turn it on and saw that it was 9 in the morning. I thought to myself 'why are my parents here? Aren't they supposed to be in Miami?' I got up from bed, hurried into the bathroom and did everything I need to do. I came out of the bathroom and threw on some black joggers and a black t-shirt. I headed downstairs to see my family all sitting at the table, eating breakfast. "Good morning" I confusedly said. "Good morning jaay" my mother and father said. "Good morning ugly" my annoying brother said. I rolled my eyes and punch his arm. "Shut the hell up" I said annoyed. After getting my breakfast and sitting down I finally decided to ask my parents why they were in NC. "um... mom, dad... why are yall in North Carolina?" I asked. It was silent for a minute. My mom finally decided to speak up. "We thought we would come out and spend sometime with you and Jane, since yall are leaving to LA tomorrow" My father agreed with what my mother had said. I just responded with "alrighty".

I was ready to start my day, so after breakfast I headed up to my room to get ready. I decided I would wear a United XXVI shirt and a red/black flannel & just some light wash jeans. I put on some light makeup. The weird thing is people always think I wear a lot of makeup, when I really don't. I ran downstairs to look for Jane and Emily my little sister. "Hey, yall want to go out and hangout... maybe get something to eat?" I asked. "Yeah, sure how about some Panera, but first we need to go get some things from the mall." Jane said. We were heading out to the car, when I got a message. I checked to see who it was from, Sammy.

Sammy boy: i can't wait until I see your beautiful face! 😍

I smiled and I felt butterflies flutter in my stomach.

Me: Awwe, can't wait to see you sammy boy. 😋

I lock my phone and threw on my black vans. I got into the car and thought to myself 'I wonder what LA has in stored for me'.
