The World of Monsters

A long ways away, on a planet not unlike our own, live monsters who have extraordinary lives. They have a society built much like our own, but with superheroes and villains. Amongst them all lived on boy named Izuku Midoriya, a nightmare who would become the strongest hero ever to walk the World of Monsters.

As a child, he would feed on the night terrors of his best friend, Katsuki Bakugo. This lead to Izuku to become quite powerful at a young age. He was already Mid Omega by the time he was 7, and quickly rose to High Alpha before hitting a barrier of sorts. Young Izuku thought he just couldn't make it to Demigod level, as is the case for most of the monsters, but what he didn't know was he lacked a single component. I won't say as it would ruin the surprise.

Izuku was walking home from his last day at middle school, contemplating whether he could make it to U.A. He had been so wrapped up in his thoughts that he went the wrong way, passing under a bridge before noticing.

"Oh no! Not again! I hope I didn't wander into a titan compound again, my back still hurts from being stepped on by Mountain Lady," Izuku thought aloud, rubbing his back. That's when he heard a gurgling noise, turning around only to be covered in slime. He was being attacked by a villain slime monster.

"You'll make the perfect skin suit! Nightmares are rare and no one would pass up the opportunity to steal one's body!" The slime cackled. Izuku clawwed at the slime, successfully coming eye to eye with it, before cracking into a terrifying smile.

"Allow me to show you why the gods abandoned us!" The boy roared as he forced the slime to pass out from the fear effect. Just then a dragon in golden armor appeared out of the manhole the slime came from.

"I AM... late. Good job young man! Say, are you a nightmare?" The Dragon asked.

"ALL MIGHT?!?! YES! I AM A NIGHTMARE!" Izuku told the dragon excitedly.

"Haha! Your kind are quite rare! I do hope you want to become a hero!" All Might said.

"Yes, but my special ability is really weak for a high alpha..." Izuku said.

"High alpha?! At that level you don't need a special ability! But I would like to hear your's!" All Might said.

"Oh! I got it from my grandma, she was a hero! It's Float!" Izuku said, much to the surprise of All Might.

"Are... are you the grandson of Nana Shimura?" All Might asked.

"Yes... why?" Izuku asked hesitantly.

"She was my teacher! Perhaps I could teach you! Come, let's fly to the police and turn this man in," All Might said, making Izuku even more excited.

(Timeskip a few months, All Might has been teaching Izuku and has even transferred some of his power to the boy, what Izuku doesn't know is the "some power" is 50% of his power)

"Izuku, I believe it's time you take my full power, before you argue, I'm old, Izuku, vary old. I need to rest as all dragons," All Might said.

"O-ok, fine... I accept..." Izuku said.
