(ON HOLD) Brothers AU -Ninjago-

Chapter 5

(Morro is one to two years older than the ninja. Please excuse any spelling and or grammar mistakes I don't have a beta reader.)

The four other ninja all walked out to the deck where Morro was trying to draw the skyscape. He heard the others and turned around to face them.

"Oh, good mourning", the others all jumped not realizing Morro was there.

"How early do you wake up?!", Jay asked the wind ninja.

"About four or five why?", Jay gaped Morro. The wind master turned back to his drawing paying no attention to the others. Wu walked on to the deck not wanting distributing Morro.

Morro was closer to the others than Wu was and could hear them whispering about something. He tried to shot wind at Kai to get them to stop talking but the fire ninja just ignored him. Sensei noticed how Kai was paying attention and walked over to him pulling his spiky hair.

"What was so important to ignore my teachings?", Wu asked the others.

"Uh, nothing."

"It was nothing, Sensei."

"Yeah, we don't talk while you teach."

"Everyone was paying attention", Morro rolled his eyes getting up and walking towards his Sensei.

"Since you all appear to be lacking in focus, then you can all share in punishment.", Wu said calmly.

"What?!"

"Punishment?"

"It was all Zane.", Cole said pointing to the ice ninja.

"I was merely answering their questions", Zane said trying to defend himself.

"Actually it was mostly Kai. He kept asking Zane question and Zane was only being polite", Morro pointed out to Sensei.

"No free time and no video games. The rest of the day can be used for training. And tomorrow for that matter", Wu said starting to walk away.

"Hey, how come anytime Morro does something wrong you never take away his writhing and drawing tools?", Cole asked both confused and annoyed.

"Those are for therapy your video games how ever are for entertainment", Morro wasn't listening to the others since he was gathering his supplies to put away.

The others all looked at Morro and wondered why he would need that for therapy. They didn't question it though since it wasn't their business. Kai went back to the last topic they were talking about.

"Training for how long?".

"Until you can answer this simple riddle. What is the best way to defeat an enemy? And Morro is not allowed to help you.", Master Wu answer slyly.

"Easy, with a sword".

"Your fist".

"Spinjitzu".

"Tornado of creation".

"Ah, pace yourselves. You have a lot of training ahead of you. Make sure you sharpen your mind as well as your spinjitzu", with that he walked away to find Morro.

He found the wind master in his room putting away his drawing supplies. "I see you already know what I am going to ask you", Wu said amused.

"You want me to supervise the others training", Morro said sounding a bit disappointed.

"What's the matter? I thought you liked watching them fail.", Sensei said with a chuckle.

"I do but . . . Lloyd", he was looking down at the ground now. Tears formed in his eyes and he didn't care if they fell. The only one near him was Wu. He could read Morro like a book anyways. "I- I miss him", he sobbed and clearing his face.
