"Where am I?"
"How long have I been asleep?"
"Anastasia, where are you?"
"NO!" Rayne woke up to horrible dream of his love, Anastasia, being murdered by his father, Orion.
"Get a hold of your self it was just a dream."Rayne slowly got out of bed and got dressed in his traditional outfit, black skinny jeans, black t-shirt and black leather jacket to hid his wings. Rayne left his home and went out into the cool, soothing night. Once he was outside he knew he was being watched.
"Come on out I already know you are there."
"You have great intuition my love," Anastasia said after she jumped down from the tree branch perched over Rayne's house, "looks like your training is going well."
"Yeah it is, I can notice the increase of my powers passed down to me from my grandfather. Looks like these powers skip a generation."
"I know you don't like your dad and you are protecting me, but do you think all this training is necessary?"
"Yes it is. I had another dream and you were in it this time."
"Tell me about it."
"I can't, it's too horrible."
"You can tell me anything you know that."
"I do but after this dream i have to become stronger." Rayne looked at Anastasia and she knew by the look on his face someone had died in his dream.
"Did you see someone die?"
Rayne solemnly nodded his head yes.
"Who was it?"
"You."
There was a long pause before anyone said anything again.
"Rayne, you know i will never leave you."
"I know, but i want to make sure you are safe because you have to remember, all my powers have awakened yours haven't."
"I know and I believe you can get strong enough to protect us both."
"That will take some time."
"Yeah but i'll help you train."
"Okay, we'll start training in the morning lets get some sleep."
Rayne and Anastasia went up into Rayne's room and climbed into bed. Anastasia looked at Rayne's calm face and kissed him softly on the lips and layed her head on his chest. Anastasia sighed and fell asleep. Rayne looked at Anastasia and started to stroke her back. Anastasia scooted closer to Rayne and sighed.
"Well I have a big day of training so I guess I should get sleep."
After saying that Rayne kissed Anastasia's head and fell asleep.
