you thought it would be a good idea to go to the beach since it's summer...
"Niall! hurry up please!" you shouted from the bottom of the stairs.
"On my way (y/n)!" not even a minute later your wonderful boyfriend went jogging down the stairs, he grabbed your hand and gave you a piggy back ride all the way to the beach.
(yes, y'all walked there.)
he had a big grin on his face for some strange reason.
"Horan, what's that grin for?" he took your hand and said, " I bet I can beat you. the first one to touch the water wins."
"what is the grand prize?" you chuckled. "A big kiss! okay...1, 2, 3, GO!" you ran as fast as you could until you noticed that niall wasn't running.
"baby, you okay?" you ran over to niall who looked a bit sick. "I'm fine!" with that he threw you over his shoulder and ran to the water.
"who won?" you giggled?
"well, I guess you did...but as long as I get a kiss from my princess I'm good." you grabbed his cheeks and gave him a big kiss then splashed water in his face.
