Capella Vega Hyacinth Potter(Pendragon) is female Harry. Grindelwald didn't die. It was a staged death so that the wizarding world would let their guard down. He was the one Tom truly feared. While Tom opted for the politician route Grindelwald was the megalomaniac. While Tom did fear for his death, he didn't use horcrux, instead he found another way. Shadow magi, a brach of magic only attainable if an individual is one with the shadows and accepts it. By becoming a Shadow King, he is rather invisisble, the only way for him to die is if his shadow was burned, which is near impossuble because the only way to that is by using a blessed artifact which the ritual is near impossible to do much less finish. Grindelwald was the one that created horcrux. So essentially, Grindelwald is Voldemort, while Voldemort remained Tom Riddle just sane, charismatic, and powerful. Tom's followers are those that didn't want blood to be spilled this includes the Malfoys, Nott, Parkinson, Zabini, Greengrass, and other politically inclined dark cored families, some light cored families, and neutral cored families.
Dunbledore still died. Along with Severus, Sirius, Remus, and Nymphadora while Fred's leg is no longer in use.
The people who betrayed Capella are Ron, Ginny, and Hermione, supervised by Dumbledore.
The war still happened its just that the people that attacked Hogwarts are different. Though Bellatrix is with Grindelwald.
Tom was successful in his politcal approach and is now reforming Magical Great Britain.
Capella was released from the potions, blocks, and spells, first year. She noticed that it was kind of strange. And she had many more questions about the magical world, so she went back to Gringots to get money to buy some more materials. And like how the other fics, the escape from manipulations started there.
Capella and Tom are cousins from somewhere along the ancestral tree.

Though they didn't forced her to become a dark witch. She was a single side along with her own Inner Circle. Focused on destroying or defeating Grindelwald. And releasing others from Dumbledore's manipulations.
Tom was cruel on his enemies, and acknowledged those he deemed worthy. As for close acquaintances, he is proud. Like for, Capella, though he is also constantly worried for her because she is accident prone.
After the war, and after Tom's shadow released him, she asked Death to take her to a place different from the one she is currently residing.
So Death took her to the DC world, where her riches followed her. So she bought two whole island to herself, and reformed the terrain, government, and other advancements, but retained their traditions and culture, as well as introduced others that are from her past life.
Her core is black, silvery gold. A perfect mix for her ancestral of Slytherin, Gryffindor, and Peverell. She only has the Potter hair that reaches upto her hips that she ties in an elegant bun. Avada Kedavra eyes. And Black/Peverrell/Pendragon aristocratic features. After buying the islands that she now owns, she is now titled Grand Duchess of Pendragon Provinces. We are gonna pretend that Wales and a bit more of South England is Pendragon Provinces.

The black is the whole Pendragon Provinces.
Since Pendragon Provinces is now an actual another country she doesn't answer to England.
When she arrived to the Provinces, she saw the state it was in, and directly went to work after introducing herself to show her worth as a leader.
She can lead, after all Tom taught her.
This all happened when she was deaged to 14 and a half. She has been reforming, and reviving the Pendragon Provinces, for over 2 and a half years, and it was a success. So now, Pendragon Privinces was changed to Pendragon Highlands. Another neutral coutry, with a bountiful and healthy economy and monarchy-one thing she couldn't change.
While she is still down to earth. Her council found out about her past of ill-treatment, not the fact that she is reincarnated, so, they spoil her, specially since she is still a child. Just emancipated. She also gained their respect when she didn't try to change their cultures and traditions, languages and only added some. So they made a rule that in one way or another her status would be shown, she will also be greeted by a bow as per tradition to royalties. If she is in incognito she will be treated like a normal noble or commoner.
Don't be too surprised, there is a reason why the first option for her house was Slytherin.
