𝑫𝒐𝒏'𝒕 𝑭𝒂𝒍𝒍 𝒊𝒏𝒍𝒐𝒗𝒆 ➪ 𝐉.𝐏𝐨𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫

CHAPTER 9

MONTHS PASSED BY, O.W.L's (Ordinary Wizarding Level) are now starting this Monday November 22nd 1975 which means Sophia has to study for this upcoming examination.

She knew this is important and this would affect her future and her future Job. So she assured herself to study and give her hardest.

She spent almost all of her hour every week at the library reading Charms, Astronomy, Divination, Defence against the dark arts, Potions, Herbology, History of Magic and last but not least Muggle studies. If she's not reading she's probably reviewing with Lily, Alice, Hailee or sometimes even with Remus.

She was overworking herself to the point where she even forgets to eat 1 time a day due to her anxiety getting the best of her.

Today is now saturday, November 20 1975 which means 2 day left before the O.W.L's examination starts, which means another day of studying.

Sophia woke up hearing the sound of Hailee's alarm go off she felt very lightheaded but shrugged it off, "I have better things to do than being a poor lad who's feeling light headed" .

She checked the clock which says 5:10 am so she got up, same as hailee, and Ava who slept in Marlene's dorm not even bothering to review but speneing time with her dear lover.

She went to her shared bathroom and did her morning routine.

She got off the shower, her body wrapped up with a white bathrobe with her hair also wrapped up with a white towel. She looked at herself in the mirror.

She realized that her body was very pale, not a tint of colour to be seen. She was gripping on the sink's sides very hard causing her knuckles to turn white.

She let go and open the tap, letting the cold but warm (the perfect temperature to be precise.) water to fall. She put her hands out and let the water fall on her palms and splashed it on her face hoping that the pale-ness will go away but her expectations let her down when nothing happend.

She turned of the tap and dressed up then exited the bathroom.

"Morning Phi- OH DEAR GODRIC!" Haliee yelped at the sight of her weak pale friend.

"What?" sophia asked in confusion.

"You're so bloody pale Sophia Brown! Please go to the hospital wing and take a rest for today, please phia." She pleaded.

"Im okay, Hailee. Thanks for your concern though." Sophia replied.

"Sophia that wasn't a question! Im ordering you to go to the hospital wing. Oh I need to tell Ava this! Please let me assist you!" Hailee said, wrapoing her arms around Sophia.

"Hailee, Im fine. Im already 15. I can take care of myself." Sophia replied

Hailee heaved a deep sigh and nodded giving her a sad smile.

Sophia bid her goodbye and decided went to the main part of the common room and decided that she would read her potions textbook because this is the one she was worried about the most.

Hearing the boys dormitory door open phia perked her head up and waited for the person to come down the stairs. As she expected it was her loving boyfriend.

Her and His relationship was healthy and Stable which Sophia was glad about, meanwhile Lily's and Mat's are on the rocks. They quarrel 2 times a month which annoys the friend group the most, but on the bright sides they don't let their fights go on until the next day.

James walked up to her giving her a peck but his smile slowly faded when he saw her pale skin.

"Love, You don't look very well. Perhaps you have overworked yourself to much. You shoul rest." He said lovingly, taking a seat next to phia.
