The silence in the room was there for a while when Luca says Sofia can I ask u something.
Ye she said
He lifted the hospital gown up on the arms revealing the slits on her wrists everyone in the room looked shocked except Luca he seen when the doctor put wires in her arms .
Lucas flashback
Watching the doctors swamping near Sofia made my hear break my sweet little girl was in to much pain and I couldn't help her . I seen them putting wires on her arms when I notice slit marks my heart dropped as soon as they came out I rushed into the room and pulled the arm of her top down so no other sees it I'll ask her when she able to talk .

When did u start cutting yourself baby said Luca in a sympathetic voice
After mom and dad died she said looking down Sofia said looking down Luca lifted her face up to look at him don't be ashamed Sorella u are the bravest and strongest little girl I know luca said giving her a kiss on the cheek .
She hugged Luca so tight and she didn't want to let go and he hugged her back he laid on the bed with her and said is there anything else u want to tell us he asked as if he knew already the other boys where confused
Yes she said in a voice that was sort of ashamed and
Sad
Every time I have been eating I have been making myself throw up I'm fat Luca all the boys jaws dropped
U aren't fat Sofia ur gorgeous and what fat person do u know who has abs Romeo said
She's shrugged her shoulders
How did u know there was something else Luca Sofia asked him
The doctors told me ur underweight Luca said
When can I go home she asked
Tomorrow morning Luca asked as she laid on his chest
Can I get a pink drink please she asked sheepishly smiling ( as u have probably noticed Sofia is the only on in her family who has manners that all depends on if she likes u tho )
All the brothers chuckled at her question I'll got get it anyone else want anything Lorenzo said
Nope the all said they knew he proberly wanted to clear his head so they let him go get the Starbucks .
He came back 20 minutes later and gave her her drink which said Sunshine on the side and he had his vanilla bean frappe

Fratelli Sofia said (brothers)
They all looked at her and she said
Evan tho I'm not talking to most of u I want us to all have a song and I've found the perfect song it's my second favourite song to listen it's called Hold on ,Don't let go wanna listen to it she said ( it is actually my second favourite song in real life )
Go ahead play it she got her phone and connected it to the Bluetooth speaker in the room and by the end of the song all her brothers where crying
It actually is perfect baby Xavier said she just stared at him and looked away
I love it Luca said and she smiled
Also the dad said of the family are coming next week Romeo said
Sofia's smile was up to her ears and so where Luca and Romeos smiling except Lorenzo , Dante and Xavier all they could think about was wanting Sofia to talk to them .
Did u tell them what has happened Sofia asked
Do u want me to Luca asked
I think it will be best I can't wait grandpa and grandma ( Sofia is everyone's favourite in the family with her being the only girl . Everyone is scared of the grandpa if u get on his bad side the old Don but no matter what Sofia did he would let her get away with anything )
Then I will call them all and tell them all later u get some rest now
Okay she said closing her eyes

Explaining the dads side of the family ( this probably will be long)
( BTW Leonardo is Sofia and her siblings dad )

Leonardo is a triplet he is the oldest triplet ( which is why he was the don when his dad retired ) and the second triplet is Vincent and they youngest triplet is Alonzo and they have a younger brother who is called Piero . The triplets and Piero's dad is called Aldo and there mother is called Maria .

Leonardo's kids  - Luca -23 ,Romeo -19 , Xavier -17, Lorenzo ,16 , Dante-15 and Sofia 14
(Since Leonardo died Luca is the new don )

Vincent's kids  - Amadeo -21,  Riccardo -20, Francesco-19 , Antonio -17 , Roco -15 and Matteo -14

Alonzo's kids - Massimo-22, Giovanni-20, Rolando -19,  Federico -17, Ace -16 and Gianni 15

Piero's kids - Elio -20 , Mario 19, Santo-17, Marcello-16 and Leo 14

Matteo is a month older than Sofia and Leo is 2 weeks older than her which still makes her the baby 😭 they are all really close like best friends and like to pull lots of mischief and pranks on everyone else which gets them in a lot of trouble
As soon as u see them u can tell there all related
They all have the same last name ( Esposito) since it's the dads side
They all treat each other as siblings rather than cousins .
Sofia is obviously everyone's favourite and their grandpa is very scary and Evan the oldest are scared of him he has the biggest soft spot for her and let's her get away with anything and her Nona (grandma) also let's her get away with everything .

Her cousins or uncles don't like Sofia to talk to any boys except from them and they are very very protective of her and each other they value family the most and would die for each other  the last time they saw each other was at Leonardo and Andreas Funeral  ( Sofia and her siblings parents )

Btw everyone on the dads side of the family have the same blue eyes and scary glare that can kill anyone and make them tell them everything they need to know . They are all muscular and cold/ closed off except from when their with there family and and treat Sofia as there princess and refer to her as their little sister

I won't be putting photos of them because it will take to long but just imagine them all handsome and all the teenager boys  are players and bad boys of their school back home since they live in Italy . Her dads siblings wife's won't be coming but they will know what has happened to her they might come in the middle of the trip tho I don't know yet

This is a short chapter but the next one will be longer
