Jungkook was actually surprised that the pretty blond could match up with him. They ran into an abandoned building and took stairs because the lift was not working.

"I see them! In that building!"

The sudden shout made them nearly fall but they didn't stop and made it to the top of the building.

Jungkook left blond's hand and jumped on the next much shorter building with all his might, landing there swiftly with a roll and Taehyung's jaw dropped on the ground as he stood there, shocked.

When Jungkook didn't find him beside him he looked up and saw the other frozen on his spot.

"Jump! What are you waiting for?!" He shouted as the blond shook his head.

"I-I cant! I'm scared of heights. I can't do it!" He replied as some tears dropped on his cheeks which Jungkook could see clearly from down there because of the moonlight.

Taehyung hastily looked behind before turning back to face Jungkook and shouted.

"Go! They're coming!"

"No, I need you to calm down, take a deep breath and jump ok? I'll catch you I promise." Jungkook tried convincing him, he can't just leave the boy there.

"I can't--"

"Yes, you can! Jump I'll catch you.... I need you to trust me, yeah?" Jungkook said oh so softly that the blond didn't know what magic did this stranger's words and aura had, but he put his trust on him and nodded slightly while gulping down his tears.

"Very good. come on."

Taehyung took a deep breath, then took a few steps back and ran before jumping the same time the cops came on top of the building.

He chanted all his prayers before jumping and closed his eyes tightly to die. Instead, he landed softly on a pair of strong arms.

He opened his eyes to see a smiling Jungkook staring down to him as he held him bridal style.

"Got you."

"You did great but now we have to go." Jungkook uttered as they again started running and found a narrow space between two walls to hide into.

The both slided into it and in rush they didn't go one after another, but together and ended up face to face with no space between them whatsoever.

Taehyung's breathing was fast and loud, so when commotion was heard nearby, Jungkook placed his palm on blond's mouth. Only then they both realised the close proximity.

Their eyes were shining with so many emotions even in the dark. While Jungkook was so mesmerized by other's eyes, Taehyung took his time appreciating ravenette's features.

His parted raven locks which seemed so soft and fluffy and how they covered his eyebrows, his dark onyx eyes which seemed to have galaxies in them, cute nose and lastly blond's eyes fell on his lips and a small mole under it.

It was dark but he could see it clearly. The mole under his lips was stimulating Taehyung to do something which he never wanted to do with a stranger.

"I think they are gone." Jungkook's voice broke his chain of moles--  i mean thoughts. Sorry fam.

Taehyung nodded dumbfounded while Jungkook removed his hand from his mouth.

"Let's go." Saying this Jungkook again took Taehyung's hand in his and ran. This time they both felt the sparks and warmth from that little touch like people describe in novels and movies.

After running for some time they both came in front of a cheap motel.

Jungkook glanced at the blond and stopped seeing some men outside the building eyeing Taehyung while licking their lips which made him furrow his brows while the blond was oblivious to all this and was observing motel's building.

Jungkook pulled blonde's veil in front of his face which was surprisingly still attached to the crown before taking out his suit's blazer and giving it to Taehyung, still looking at those creepy men.

Taehyung followed his gaze, understood everything and quickly wore it with a soft 'thanks' to which the ravenette nodded slightly.

They walked into motel and came face to face with the receptionist, who was a young girl with a chewing gum inside her mouth.

"Yes?" She asked without looking up.

"We would like to have a room for a night." Jungkook spoke while Taehyung stood behind him.

The girl looked up and nearly drooled at the sight of sweating ravenette (from the run) but composed herself and glanced at the bride behind him.

"I'll need your ID to give you room." She stated and Jungkook cursed mentally before smiling charmingly at her.

"Oh! You see, we just got married today and were on our way for honeymoon but unfortunately our car broke and this was the only motel nearby. Our luggage is already transferred to Chicago so we don't have our ID's with us right now. C'mon it's just for one night, we'll be off early morning. By the way you look beautiful in red."

He said the last sentence with an extra sugary voice and Taehyung tried not to smile at the silly lie and dumb girl. The girl blushed with a soft 'thank you' and gave them a room's key.

"Thank you, sweetheart." He uttered taking the key and pulled blond with him after paying the money.
