There are two types of forwards: The Power Forward and the Small Forward. The Power Forward is the one who helps the Point or Shooting Guard move to the ring to shoot or to lay-up. The Small Forward is the one who can also do screens to help the Guards. He can also shoot 3-pointers if he can shoot it. He can also shoot in the perimeter. The last position is the Center (C). The center is the one who needs to be always in the court because he is tall, and he needs to be doing screens,dunks,lay-ups and etc. In a game, you should be always alert on the ball and on your teammates because if you lose focus on them, you might lose the ball when they pass it to you. You should also move on the court so that they can pass you the ball when you're free or when you don't have a opponent guarding you. You should not be afraid when you hold the ball because if you have the ball, you should try your best if you can do what's in your mind. You can do crossovers, lay-ups and etc. Never be shy when you're at the court. You should be aggressive when you're at the court. Thanks for reading guys, see you next time. PEACE OUT
