Izuku looked at her in the eyes as he gave a slightly sad smile to the girl sat beside him on the bed- waiting to get picked up. She raised a brow before she said
"relationship? With todoroki?"
"Oh! You're not-"
"no we aren't, but I understand why you think that way though" you grinned as the boys' cheeks went red of embarrassment.
"he really likes you, you know" he murmurs to himself as his gaze looked down. "I know...its quite obvious actually.."
"so..what are you going to do about it?" he said looking up to her again. She stared at him for a moment before he suddenly became more flustered of embarrassment
"of course that is if his feelings are unrequited, butimeanitsnotimposiblethatyoualsolikehim, likehesaveryattractivemaniadmit-"
"calm down Izuku" you laughed as he finally stopped. "you know it's actually been awhile since we've spoken alone like this," you say, looking at the empty beds that the two boys left when they were picked up by their guardians.
"yeah, you're right.. Ever since the sports Festival, I noticed you've been with shinsou and monoma a lot, I actually thought you might've been avoiding me" he laughed to himself of the foolish thought.
"well you were partly right though" he looked at you with a puzzled face, as you looked down "I couldn't even stand being called by 'bakugo' even though that's the formality, let alone facing my childhood best friend after three years of abandoning" your gaze stayed on the white tiled floors of the hospital room.
"I understand. speaking of which..do you.. Maybe remember our old days together? When it's just the two of us supporting each other." the boy said trying to lighten the room, looking at her as she looked up to him again.
"how could I not? Hey! Remember when we used to play superheroes? You used to dress up as all might-" she started, digging her good memories from her childhood
"and you used to be mirko! I remember i used to help you make the bunny ears," he continued, excited as he chuckle.
"yeah! And-and aunt inko used to be the villain" she paused for a moment before she gasped "aunt inko!"
"m-my mom?"
"yeah! How is she? I remember her being so sweet. Is she well?" the boy sighed of relief before he replied
"yes she's well. She says that it's been lonely ever since you went, but I guess it is kind of my fault" he looked down as an abrupt silence came and fill the hospital room for a moment.
"hey, suki-ch- i mean..natsuki, since mom already knows, you're always free to come over if you'd like." he started, with his palm on his neck as his gaxze turns away "i don't know where you stay and who you stay with, maybe you feel more welcomed in your new home but considering aunt Mitsuki is still waiting for you, if you feel like-I don't know... Lonely? And need warm company..?" he face palmed himself before he nervously continued
" what I'm trying to say is..youcanlivewithmeandmomifyouwant" he said as his body became stiff with his pacing of words fastening.
They both stared at each other before the boy sighed "I'm sorry, forget what I said-"
