Chapter 16

Hey y'all i'm so sorry i haven't written in so long. I'm not gonna make up any excuses about not being able to write. I will try my hardest to keep writing and finally finish this book. I want to finish this book as fast as possible so i can hopefully start a new book. Let me know how many more chapters i should do before i finish it, and if y'all want a sad or happy ending.

Leonardo's POV

" So um would you maybe like to grab coffee sometime?" Morgan laughs and look at me with a smile

"What like a date" she says while still chuckling

"Yeah" he says a bit nervous

Oh fuck no

" The fuck did-" i start before i'm interrupted

"Look Thomas i haven't seen you in ages and i'm kind of with Leo, its complicated. So respectfully i'm going to have to deny. " she says

"Oh yeah sorry, i didn't mean to get in between anything" he says with a sad smile. Yeah that's right respectfully fuck off. I smirk as he walks away.

"What a fucking dick" Mi amor says, when he's far enough to not hear.

"I thought you guys were best friends?"

"He's always being a fucking weirdo, we were friends" she says as she puts makes air quotes around the word friends. "but i didn't have any other friends so it seemed like we were BFF's or whatever" she says while rolling your eyes. I give her a blank expression still being confused as to why she was so nice to him

"You wondering why i was so nice to him weren't you?" this is why shes my soulmate. i chuckle and shake my head.

"Well like i said he was a weird kid, even when we were in grade school he was creepy. He'd always creep me out. I'm pretty sure hes a psycho, don't need another psycho after me, now do i i?" she continues and chuckles as i shake my head.

"Plus i always knew he had a crush on me, and who in their right mind would ask someone on a date after having their first conversation in over half a decade. " she laughs

"But your face was priceless when he asked me out" she laughs as my smile drops into a scowl.

"Oh you think its funny?" i finally speak

"Y-yeah i do" she says still laughing

"Oh yeah" i say

"Y-y-yup" she looks up at me and stops laughing

"Run" i say, she starts running towards her apartment, while still laughing. I'll never have enough of her laugh.

After running around for 20 minutes and laughing our asses off we are around 10 minutes from our original destination, being her apartment. We're currently sitting in a park and looking up at the sky in silence. Not the weird awkward silence just comfortable silence.

"Leo, I don't want to be sappy or anything, but do you ever wish things were different?" she says all of a sudden

"Like what?" i say not knowing where she wants to go with this

"Like anything?"

I sigh and continue " Yeah, i wish a lot of things could be different, but there's a lot of things i would never change "I wish that you weren't put through so much pain, but i'm so happy that i met you. That i would never change. I don't now, i feel like everything happens for a reason"

"Would you change anything about us?" she says and i look back at her gorgeous blue eyes. Before i get the chance to answer it starts raining. We start up and grab our stuff and start running toward the main road so we can go under the hoods of the stores. While we are running i begin talking
