born to a young mother and an always-absent father, mari had been facing life's hardships for as much as she could remember. since her father was no longer around to support them, fleeing from the hospital as soon as mari was born, her mom had to work two jobs in order to make enough to support both of them.
as soon as mari could, she got a job to help out her mom and lift the burdens of having two jobs off of her. she has been working in the same office at the age of 15, starting out as a desk worker before slowly making her way up to the personal assistant of the ceo.
she's a very quiet and reserved person, never really having much to add to any conversations. she gets scared to speak her mind and present new ideas due to the mistreatment of her workplace and the constant yelling she endures but is too scared to leave the situation due to the uncertainty about if she would find another job or not.
mari's dream since she was a little girl, though, was to open up a little tea shop of her own. she's always had a fascination for teas and herbs, always concocting new teas with remedies in order to help herself and those around her ☽
