"She's hiding something underneath that long hair of hers."

.Sharp talons and claws scraped on concrete; wings flapped through the air and voices sounded through the bars at the top. The girl with long black hair stood up from the seat and ran up to the wall, scaled the wall, then grabbed onto the bars and pulled herself up. Shadows loomed in the tall grass that covered the bars but she could still make out a tall and smaller figure standing by what seemed to be a small wagon. As if they were in the girls favor, the clouds shifted and moonlight shone onto the terrain.
The smaller figure was a blonde lady with her hair in a tight bun. She wore a dark green uniform with a hood and patches along the front. Her face was stern and emotionless. The taller one was a brown haired man with the biggest beard she had ever seen. He too looked stern and his stare was hard.
"So," the woman began, her voice was sweet; unlike her appearance, ", what is Sager planning to do with that Indakian girl?"
They were, undoubtedly, talking about her. She listened carefully for the man's response.
"He hasn't said anything."
"When will he?" She asked.
"I don't know."
"You know, she's hiding something underneath that long hair of hers, I just know it." The woman quickly changed the subject.
"Maybe," The man replied, ", for all we know she could've just been passing by. What makes you think she's got something to hide?"
The girl couldn't stay to listen to the rest. The doors to the dungeon opened and she quickly jumped down and saw a boy and girl walking toward her through the bars. The girl had brown eyes with long black box braids and dark skin while the boy was blond with blue eyes and light skin. Either the girl was pretty tall or the boy was unusually short; though she was still shorter, there wasn't much of a height difference.
The boy reached into his pocket and grasped some keys then opened the cage.
"Let's go, Sager wants to see you." He spoke calmly.
"We also need your name." The girl asked immediately after him.
She remained silent. She wasn't going to give away her identity. All she was going to say was: "Where's my dragon?"
The two looked at eachother then the girl answered, "Don't worry, he's safe. Sager isn't planning to hurt him. Yet."
The boy elbowed her and gave her a 'shut up' look. Clearly she had said too much. She wanted to ask what she meant but the boy insisted she follow them.
She stepped out of the door and followed the boy while the girl brought up the rear. It's like they think I'm going to try running away!
They walked up what seemed like hundreds of stairs until they came to a door. Two guards stood on each side. They nodded and opened the door. The girl didn't take five steps before she was forced down on her knees. In front of her was the short, scary man named Sager. He carried large axes on his back with a large cape and green uniform like every other person she'd seen. His hair was brown and short. She looked at the ground, too afraid to look him in the eye.
"Well, miss, my-" he paused, "-accomplices here have informed me that you refuse to let your name be known?"
She didn't stay on the subject of names, "What are you gonna do with me?"
"We're not going to hurt you. We just needed that dragon of yours and you're a witness meaning you can't leave."
"Who are you? I know your name but I don't know who you are. So who are you?" She asked.
Sager smiled coldly.
"Have you ever heard of the Horn Takers?"
