"Woah! Ew! You walked in on that?!?!" Kara shouts.

"Yeah, it traumatized me." I admit.

"I can see why." Kara agrees.

"Yeah."

After that there is an awkward silence.

"Ooh! Ooh!" Kara shouts suddenly.

"What?" I ask calmly.

"An adventure." Kara says while making weird hang gestures.

I sigh. "Fine."

"Yay!!" Kara shouts happily and drags me by my arm to my bike.

I hop on and she sits behind me. "Can't you fly?" I ask.

"Yeah but I'm more comfortable like this." Kara explains.

I put my helmet on quickly and blush as she snuggles into me.

Kara wraps her arms around my waist and I start my bike.

I zoom out of the alley. "Woah!" Kara shouts over the wind. Her grip tightens on my waist and her arms slide up to my stomach.

She pulls us together and I speed up.

My eyes are blazed open in fear. "What do I do?!?!?" I mutter to myself, under the wind.

I hear a scream and skid to a stop.

I look down an alleyway and see some of the jokers gang members mugging a young couple.

I launch my bike at them and hop off before and crashes through them like a bowling ball.

I slide my sword out of its sheath and spin forward in a slicing frenzy.

I feel a clink and my blade flies back.

A metal fist connects with my chin and I fly backwards.

I flip and land on my feet.

I see red lasers shoot into the armored man in front of me.

His chest plate melts and I shove my sword through his chest.

His blood shoots up my blade and onto my helmet.

I wipe the blood away with my sleeve and throw my helmet down onto the ground.

"Y-you killed him!" Kara shouts in a shrill voice.

I flip my blade and the blood flies off; I slide it into the sheath on my back.

"Bad habit."

"You've killed more than once?!?!" Kara practically screams.

"I was raised as an assassin. It's just what I'm used to. Letting my enemies live to try and kill me another day isn't my style." I explain and calmly start to walk away.

"Wait." I hear Kara squeak.

I turn around to face her. "You gonna give me some speech about how "killing is bad" and "nothing good will ever come from death" or something new?" I snap.

"No I just wanted to say.... " she lowers her head.

"I want to help you get over this "habit" of yours." Kara slowly raises her head and sees my smile.

She laughs and pushes a stray hair out of her field of vision.

"Okay. Let's get over this, together."
