It's finally here, our big comeback dance, against all odds... pandemics, reschedules, venue changes, lineup changes, working out contingency plans and it looks like we've cracked it and the party is finally going to happen.

In a dystopian future, where people are forced to listen to music to regulate their mood, five broken individuals seek love in the face of oppression.

So many choices can seem overwhelming, but getting involved in new activities with new people is a fun way to challenge yourself.

Whether you've never gone to a club or you go very seldom, going to a club almost always seems like a good idea.

Then you get there, and it's... well, awful.

Everyone drunk already and the problem is 'where's my mint choco?'

"ah shit I made a wrong dicision"

talk to people

Everything they know about you is made up of stuff you told them willingly, without any of the usual social promptings.

And when we find ourselves in situations where we have to be in charge of other people, that can be stressful or challenging.

and BOOM!

"Hello are you perhaps.. Kim Chaewon?"

"um yes, who are you.."

"Oh I'm Kim Doyeon from the second year haha.."

oh

"ah..hello?"

what do I say next.
This is awkward..

"CHAEWONN WHATS up- "

Thanks Yena I owed you a lot.

"Oh i'm sorry Am I disrupting?"
"no no no It's okay, then.. See you later Chaewon-nim?"

"sure..Doyeon-si"

.

Why do I have bad feelings about this.
"KIM CHAEWON WHAT WAS THAT"  i knew it.

"uh Kim doyeon?"

"Yea sure, everyone in this campus know her, besides she's the granddaughter of 'Cheongshim' club. Everyone likes her she's pretty, smart, attractive, kind, bright,  intelligenc-"

"Yena I'm not interest in her"

"Yet.. Come on you guys look good together, think of it she's smart and pretty and you, you've been a class president since middle school, highschool and till now. I DONT CARE  IF YOU'RE NOT INTEREST IN HER, I'M GONNA MAKE MY 'DOWON' COMES REAL"

"not you already making a ship name for us- Bye Yena you're embarrassing me"

.

the "club" is really just my average bar with the lights turned down, the music turned up and the prices through the roof. The allure of "going to the club" fades once you come to the realization that you've been there during the day, when nothing much is going on and you weren't all that impressed.

I wouldn't feel like a third-wheel when my friends leach to their girls for the night. Although that sounds like it could actually be fun for me, it's not something I want to be doing every weekend either.

So behold, my blanket statement for all future nightlife inquiries and moral of the story,, I don't want to go clubbing anymore.

I regret this.

"Chaeqon unnie yiur spaxcijng out"
"You're drunk, minju"

Whatever about being a messy drunk, the fact she becomes clingy, paranoid and talkative  around people, here's no convincing her that these stories are figments of her imagination.

She makes stories that really makes no sense.

She really is clingy, her arms hugging my waist, her head laying on my chest. The position is comfortable and close, so close as I can feel her hot breathe under my neck.

we stayed in this position for a moment, until she lift her head up and stare at me. Our faces are only inches apart, we stare each other as I can see my reflection inside her brown eyes.

"unnie" Minju mumbles out, her voice is so low but with how close they are right now. Chaewon heard it clearly.

"perhaps.." Minju's word got stuck in her throat and advoiding eye contacts . Instead of urging herself to continue, chaewon stokes her hand gently as she nods slowly telling minju to keep going.

"are you interest in girls? " Minju stares at her eyes making the older girl freeze on her spot.

chaewon frequently feel nervous about where things stand with her significant other, she may want to pause and think about what's causing her to feel this way.

Chaewon's mind went blank until Minju leans closer and wait for her answer.

"what-? i mean uh- i don't know- I meant-" Chaewon can't help but stutter. She then turns her gaze to the younger and intertwine their hands.

"Minju, looks like you drink too much. Come on I'll drive you home" The younger could only nod and followed her to the car parking lot.

-

The riding was slient, sounds of car horns beeping, sound of car engine and sounds of heavy rain can only be hear.

Chaewon did not let go their intertwine hands, she just felt bad somehow. Maybe she knew that the younger have feelings for her? or maybe not.

'Don't get your hopes up, Kim chaewon'

Why does Minju have to asked her that questions so sudden, maybe she was just curious? She's just overthinking.

When the traffic light turn red, she takes a glance at the younger who's differently quiet on the road way. She knew minju isn't this type of person when she's madly drunk. maybe she wasn't drunk at all?  Chaewon shakes all of her thoughts as she takes a deep sighs.

Minju POV.

The intensity of rain sounds rises and falls smoothly and in a rhythmic manner, unlike the threat noises.

The last thing you want to hear in your sleep is a threat noise, as it instantly wakes you up. That's where the non-threatening sound of rain comes in,

so she doesn't
