The war was here. It started, but we arent ready so now what? The kingdom of Edessa was under attack from Kingdom Fynnea. Warriors stumbled over each other grabing weapons and armor. People screamed as their loved ones couldn't be found. I rummaged through the ruins that were getting worse with every quaking second to find ny father. I haven't seen or heard him since dinner. I changed into my uniform and armor grabbed my sword and headed towards the war. My father always told me to never wait on someone unless you knew how long it would be. I listened to what he had told me in this moment and ran. I ran as fast as my legs could carry me. Feeling the wind between my strands of hair. The smell of smoke that was coming from the side of our castle. I just kept running as fast as I could to save my home. My castle. My life.
