Kihyun's POV:
"Oppa! Can I go with you to the gym?" I asked, looking at myself in the mirror. I was looking at my belly, its still slightly swollen, and I don't like it. But the cream helped! It doesn't even look like I had a single scratch mark!
"Wha- why?" I heard him ask, I see his reflection in the mirror. He was playing with Minhyuk. The scene makes me coo at them
"Minnie, your mom is an idiot. She wants to lose her non existent 'big' belly" I heard him tell Minhyuk. I guess he realizes what I meant
"Oppa, I'm serious!" I whined. He was being annoying while I'm being serious!
"No babe. Remember what Sowon noona said? No heavy lifting! You just gave birth a month ago! So no, baby. Sorry tho" Hyunwoo oppa reminds me. I just nodded in defeat
"Can we please cuddle when Minnie goes to sleep? I miss your hugs" I asked with a pout. I went to the bed and sat down
"Sure babe. Minhyuk is already falling asleep anyway. See?" He told me, pointing at the baby in his arms, trying not to flinch when he opens his mouth
"Put him on the crib so he can sleep more. Put one of my shirts next to him, so he thinks I'm near him" I told him. And he does as instructed, and Minhyuk falls asleep almost instantly
"Come on now! I'm tired too! I need your cuddles" I told him with a pout. In return he just chuckles and goes to join me in bed
3rd Person's POV:
Once he was fully situated, he wrapped his arms around his wife and watched the movie his wife had picked for them both to watch
They really didn't have to worry about Minhyuk waking up very suddenly. The one month old baby seem to like sleep a lot
But both of them are sure enough that the baby would grow up bright and cheerful
Focusing on the movie, Hyunwoo notices that his wife was shaking quite violently. He turns his attention to her and makes her fully face him
"Babe? Why are you crying?" He asked gently, worried his wife might of got hurt while they were cuddling
"N-no. Wh-why d-does sh-she hav-have t-to d-die? H-he wa-was a-already
ha-happy w-with he-her!" Kihyun spoke. Hiccuping from her own cries. She was quite emotional from the movie 'UP'
"Babe? That's why he had the balloons on his house. To fly to their paradise, wanting to see her for the last time. Things like this happen, baby. Now please don't cry" Hyunwoo spoke gently, not wanting to make his wife more upset
"O-okay" Kihyun hiccups, nodding since she is hiccuping pretty violently because of her own cries
"I love you, babe" Hyunwoo whispers before kissing her on the temple. Kihyun ends up giggling in between her hiccups
"I love you too, oppa" Kihyun whispers back, giving him a peck on the lips. Hyunwoo just chuckles from his wife's actions
"Now let's continue watching, okay?" Hyunwoo asks, Kihyun just nods and cuddles more into her husband
They watch the movie again. Turning their focus on the movie, Kihyun unconsciously cuddles more into her husband
She ends up falling asleep because of the warmth her husband is giving her
Hyunwoo would never trade anything in the world for this. He loves his small family a lot, and he always will
Hyunwoo ends up turning the TV off, gets out of Kihyun's hold and puts a blanket over her small body and goes to the kitchen
While in the kitchen, he cooks some bacon and chicken breast. He puts the bread in the toaster and goes to the fridge to get some eggs
He takes another pan and heats it up. Once it was heated, he pours oil on it and let's it heat up too. While waiting, he flips the bacon and let's it cook. The chicken breast already cooked
He cracks the eggs and waits for it to cook. While waiting, he lowers the heat and takes the bacon, placing it on a plate with napkins. He lets the napkins absorb the excess oil. He turns his attention back to the eggs and flips it
The bread left alone on the toaster. He places the eggs next to the bacon and lets the napkins absorb the excess oil. He takes the toasted bread and starts to making the sandwich
He puts the chicken breast at the bottom, puts the eggs on the middle. He places the bacon on top of the two. He places the the other bread on top and puts it on a tray
He goes to the coffee maker and makes one coffee. He goes to the fridge and takes the milk. He pours the milk in a glass and also places it on the tray
He goes to the room holding both trays, only to be greeted with a Minhyuk looking into his soul
He hurriedly places both trays at the coffee table in their room. He then went to Minhyuk and carefully picked him up. He then starts to wonder when the baby woke up
"Are you hungry?" Was the first thing that came out of Hyunwoo's mouth. Minhyuk was just staring at him. When Minhyuk felt that he was tired at staring at his dad, he went right back to sleep
Hyunwoo just chuckled at his son's actions and gently placed him back in the crib. He went to the bed to wake up his wife
"Babe, wake up. I made a light snack, its almost 5 pm. We'll have dinner at 9:30 pm. Wake up and eat please?" Hyunwoo spoke gently. He shakes his wife a bit to wake her up. And he succeeds
"Okay. I am a little bit hungry, so can you give me my food?" Kihyun yawned. Her stomach was grumbling too
"Here you go babe" Hyunwoo says, giving his wife's tray to her. He then goes to his side of the bed and gets himself situated, setting his own tray properly
"Let's eat. Oppa, thank you" Kihyun said, giving her husband a peck on the cheek and then digs in
With food on one cheek, Hyunwoo spoke. "Babe, Minhyuk woke up earlier. He just stared at me for like, 10 minutes? And went back to sleep" Hyunwoo says, kinda unsure at the time his son stared at him. He then chuckles as he remembers his son's actions
"Really? He must've been bored, or thought he was alone" Kihyun says kinda unsure. Unconsciously, she stuffs her mouth with more food, making her look like a hamster eating its food
"Babe, please don't stuff your food all at once. You might end up choking on it" Hyunwoo says worriedly
"I'm hungry" Kihyun huffed. She starts to east carefully as said tho
"Aish. Why am I married to a 17 years old hamster again?" Hyunwoo teases making Kihyun glare at him
"Because you love this 17 years old hamster" Kihyun pouted. It was true tho
"Oppa? Can we cuddle again after? I like your warm hugs" Kihyun pouted, finishing her food
"Sure. Drink your milk now, I'm gonna drink my coffee" Hyunwoo says, taking a sip of his coffee
"Done!" Kihyun cheers as soon as she finishes her milk. Hyunwoo just chuckles at his wife's actions
"Oppa are you done yet?" Kihyun asks with a pout. Hyunwoo then downs the rest of his coffee. Takes their tray and brings it to the kitchen
He then goes back and gets himself comfortable on the bed and wraps his arms around his wife to cuddle
"I love you, Ki" Hyunwoo whispers and gives his wife a peck on the lips. Kihyun gladly receives the peck
"I love you too, oppa" Kihyun whispers back. She then kisses her husband, and Hyunwoo gladly returning it
Today is such a good warm day filled with love and cuddles!
