Caroline's POV about a month later
Everyone except Blazien was gathered in my room. My mom was at the guild, and probably a little drunk, so we had the house to ourselves.

"Why did you bring us here?" Claire asks. "And why isn't Blazien here?"

"Never mind that," I say. "Anyways, does anyone know what six days from now is?"

"August 22?" Luke says.

"Wednesday?" Lilly says.

"Yes, but no to both," I say. "Wednesday, August 22 is Blazien's 15th birthday!"

"What? But I thought she said she was already 15," Luke says.

"She did, but I was looking over the Fairy Tail Guild Members book-"

"Wait, there's a book that has all the Fairy Tail members?"

"Yeah, there's like four copies at the library and one online. Anyways, I was flipping through when I landed on Blazien's info page and saw that her birthday is August 22. And the part that listed her parents' names only said her mom, Julia Hyōga. That's besides the point though. What I'm trying to say is that we should throw her a surprise birthday party!"

"That sounds like a great idea," Claire says. "When, where, and what time? Dress code? Should I bring food, eat before, or will there already be food provided? Do I-"

"Well I was thinking that same day, my house, and in the evening at like five or six? Would that work for you guys?"

"That works for me," everyone says.

"Okay, so what are our roles for this?" Elliot asks.

"Well you can be in charge of food and drinks," I say to Elliot. "Claire can be in charge of decorations, Lilly in charge of entertainment, and I'll just make sure everything runs smoothly."

"Great! Let's get to planning!" Lilly exclaims.

The day of the party, a.k.a Blazien's 15th birthday; Blazien's POV
It's my birthday! I'm 15 now! But I'm 15 now, meaning my mom has been missing for almost 2 months. It's also the first birthday I've spent without my mom. I had planned to just stay in the whole day, but obviously life had other plans for me.

"Blazien!" I hear a familiar voice call out. Ugh, what does he want so early in the morning?

"Go away," I say and cover my entire body with my blanket.

"No can do. I must say, what a cool place you got." I shot up out of bed from that.

"What are you doing here, and how did you even get in?"

"Easy, the window. You're only on the second floor, so it wasn't that hard."

"Okay, well you need to go now! If someone finds out you're here, I could get in serious trouble and you could to!"

"Is little Blazien embarrassed to be around me?"

"Don't you dare call me little, you flamehead! And right now, yes! Guys are not allowed to be in Fairy Hills!"
