11. I missed you

3rd person P.O.V. ~ 

Lam apologized to the customers after the chaos ended..

"Hey dude it's fine. We would love to come here again. I mean where do you get an amazing coffee with live-action huh.?" His friends tried to ease Lam and they all chuckled. Lam said goodbye to them and closed the cafe for the customers and started waiting for Forth.

He called Pha and Kit to ask them about Beam but they were still searching for him. He was about to call Forth when he saw Forth pushing the door with his shoulder and Beam was in his arms. Lam wasn't sure he is passed out or sleeping but one thing was sure.. Beam looked like a mess.

"What happened..? Where did you find him.?" Lam ran behind Forth who was taking Beam inside his room. He carefully placed Beam on his bed and looked at Lam.

"Call Pha and Kit and tell them Beam is fine. He is here with me." Forth said calmly.

"Fine.?Dude does he look fine to you.? He looks like shit. What the hell happened.?" Lam asked angrily.

"Just call them they must be worried. I will tell you everything." Forth replied and Lam sighed. He called Pha and Kit and told them Beam is here and he is ok. Just a little drunk.

"Now tell me what happened.?" He asked after cutting the call.

"I hurt him. I treated him badly, ignored him and didn't talk to him. He was hurt because of me and.." Forth tried to continue but he was hesitating.

"And what.?" Lam asked.

"He saw me hugging Alin today in the morning. He misunderstood I guess." Forth said slowly looking at Beam.

"Alin.? She is back.? Why didn't I see her.?" Lam asked.

"She just came back and came to see me directly from airport. She just ran to me and hugged me tightly and Beam was having his breakfast. That's when he saw us. Alin was tired so I told her to go home and rest. You came late today remember.? That's why you didn't meet her." Forth told him.

Lam looked at Beam and then looked at Forth. "He saw you hugging her and that made him like this.? Still gonna avoid him.? Can't you see he is different.? That he is real.?"

"I don't know ok.." Forth yelled.

"Fuck you.. You don't know or you don't want to know.? We are fucking best friend since childhood. Would you react like that if you saw me hugging someone.? Stop fucking pretending that you don't know that boy loves you. Why.. Why you are so into your thoughts that you can't give him a chance." Lam screamed angrily.

"What do you want me to do huh.? Tell him how much I love him or how much it hurts me every time I ignore him and see his gloomy face.? Or right now when he is.. He is like this and I am the reason because I am fucking insecure coward who can't even see himself in the mirror. You want him to see this face every morning.? You want people to laugh at him because of me.? He doesn't deserve this Lam. He will get over me but I can't do this to him. I can't give him me." Forth broke down in tears and knelt down beside the bed holding Beam's hand who was sleeping peacefully without having any idea what's going on around him.

"Forth maybe it's not like.."

"He hates ugly people remember.? You heard that right what he said that day about that girl. He will hate me too. He will regret loving me in his life and I don't want that. Maybe right now he is blinded by his curiosity but when it will be over he will be disgusted by me. Just . Just let it be ok." Forth cried silently holding his hand and Lam patted his shoulder not knowing what to say anymore.
