Meeting My Soulmate

CHAPTER 1

Hi! My name is Y/N, I was born on January 7th, 1999, I 'm 19 years old and I live with my dad in England. I already graduated high school and college. It is winter here in Finchley, England and I'm walking around the city. I needed to get out of the house because my dad is abusive to me. He hits me and I'm simply doing what I'm supposed to do or when he gets angry, he just takes it out on me. On the other hand, my mom died when i was 17 years old. cancer won unfortunately.
My dad is alcoholic, and he smokes all the time, I'm very ashamed to tell that I have his brown eyes and the color of his skin, white. I have my mom's hair, dark black. I'm very slim.
Walking around here isn't so bad. There are plenty of coffee shops and restaurants around here, and there is also a park. I looked at my watch and it was already 7:00pm. My curfew is 8:00pm.
" I need to go back home" i think to myself.
Hell, as I would say.
I live in a normal neighborhood just like any other. My house is okay, i guess. It's just a one-story house.
Once I opened the door, i could smell the
alcohol in the living room. "Where were you?" my dad asked with a harsh voice

"I was just... walking around the city." I said shaking. He grabbed another beer from the refrigerator and sat back on his chair in the living room.

" I told you that I didn't want you to go outside today! Why did you disobey me?!" He yelled and slapped me. I fell on the ground crying.

"I'm sorry! I won't do it again." I sobbed. I got up and tanned to my room. "Next time, I won't be so polite" he said
Once I got to my room, I got under the covers and cried for hours until night came. "Why does he have to do this to me? I'm not doing anything wrong!" I cried.

I woke up with the sun shining on my face and with a wet pillow below me. After crying most of night, I finally fell asleep.

"It's 7am?" I groaned. I stayed in bed a bit watching "The Chronicles of Narnia Prince Caspian" throughput the whole movie I kept wondering how it would feel like if I was there with them. With Edmund, Lucy, Peter, and Susan. "What am I saying? That's never going to happen.

" I thought to myself. After the movie, I got up and I changed into my comfy clothes. I did my make up for the day and went to the kitchen to eat breakfast.
I got a bowl of cereal and just ate it. I looked to my left, and I noticed that there was an empty chair. "Huh, where's dad?" I asked myself. while eating breakfast, I checked my phone. and got a text from a random number.

"Who is this?" I asked myself. The stranger replied, and the awkward text, turned into a conversation. When I saw that I was talking to Edmund Pevensie, I could not stop smiling! could it be THE Edmund Pevensie? the REAL one? the MOST popular guy that school had? I got chills down my spine just thinking about it!
I finished my breakfast and when I went back to my room, I grabbed a scarf and went outside for a walk.

"I can't believe that I'm talking to Edmund OMG!" I squealed outside walking down the street.
I walked around the city, went to different restaurant and shops while still texting Ed!
Oh, I was sure IN LOVE with this man! My heart STOPPED when he said that he would meet me at the coffee shop that I was in.
I sat down in the couch and tried to get my heartbeat to normal. I can't believe I'm going to meet THE Edmund Pevensie! I'm so excited!

25 minutes later, I heard someone walking through the coffee shop door, I looked up from my phone, and there he was, Edmund Pevensie.
I sat up and looked at him wondering around. After a few minutes, Ed and I exchanged glances and he smiled and came and sat next to me.

"Hi" I said smiling

"Hey Y/N!" he said smiling

I sat next to her. Wow she is beautiful. "How are you?" I asked leaning my back against the couch. "I'm... umm... I'm good. I never thought that I'd meet you." she says looking down
