Chapter Two

It's been two days since that happened. They didn't mention it because they didn't know how to talk about it.

Adam really likes Lucas and wants to be with him but Lucas is not sure what to do even though he's gay. They've known each other for so long and he doesn't want to ruin what they already have.

They get into the car and silence fills in. "Listen, I'm sorry, I didn't mean to suddenly-" Adam say, before getting interrupted by Lucas. "No, it's fine," Lucas says nervously looking out the window. Adam sighs with regret and goes back to focusing on the road.

They get to their school and act as if nothing happened. It's lunchtime and they sit next to each other. Some of their friends join them and they start talking.

Adam can't help but stare at Lucas.

*Adam's thoughts*

Lucas nudges Adam with his elbow and Adam snaps back to reality. Lucas whispers "Stop staring at me like that. People are going to get suspicious".

Adam widens his eyes and looks down at his food and starts eating.

*Adam's thoughts*

Adam starts touching Lucas' thigh under the table. Lucas grunts and Adam starts moving his hand more up. He can see that the paste of Lucas' breath has picked up.

Lucas tries to move his leg away but Adam just keeps bringing his leg back. One of his classmates notices that Lucas is fidgeting and says "You okay, Lucas?".

Adam slides his hand back up and starts eating his food with a smirk on his face. Lucas responds with "Yeah, I'm fine, sorry" and looks at Adam, angry.

School finishes, they get into the car and go home. Adam makes the bed and, all of a sudden, Lucas comes from behind and puts his hand on his shoulder pulling him back.

"Adam, don't do that in public, it's embarrassing".

Adam turns around, grabs Lucas's hand, tilts him over, and says "So are you trying to say that I can touch you when we're alone?".

He gets closer to Lucas and starts licking Lucas's ear and goes down to licking his neck. "Wa-wait, I didn't mean it like that" Lucas says, letting out small moans.

*Adam's thoughts*

The next day, they're at school and they still act as if nothing happened but Adam can't stop thinking about those two episodes. But, he also doesn't want to bring it up because he knows that Lucas will get mad so he tries to stay quiet.

This keeps on for the next few days until winter break comes along.
