Sleep talking

All this week, after I've moved in to this new apartment, I've been waking up in the middle of the night being all sweaty, panting without any reason.
As I was tired over work and too lazy to do something about it, I decided to shrugg it off and moved on with my busy life.
But days after days it was being a routine for me to wake up in the middle of the night with this feeling that someone was watching over me. I would be all sweaty and panting even if I was sleeping all long. Like I was suffering to get my breath.
As it was almost two weeks, I decided to record myself sleeping. I bought this night cam and turned it on and went to sleep that night.
The next day I went through the whole footage but found nothing except me waking up all exhausted.
After a few days of finding nothing except me waking up at this particular time I was thinking whether I should continue recording myself or not. But this kind of feeling in my heart was telling me to record me one more night. And I thought, yes.... one more night.
The next day I went through the whole footage and found something horrible and terrifying.
At the time I was supposed to be waking up, I found myself sleeptalking.
At first, it was just my mumblings but after a few minutes, I started asking questions as if I was talking to someone.
And adding to my absolute horror, replies came, except those replies were coming from somewhere in the dark and not from my mouth.The voice I was hearing sounded like lost electronic signals. But we could make out words from them. The conversation went like this:

me: "What are you doing?"

The voice: "Nothing."

me: "Are you ok?"

The voice: "Yes."

"..........."

After a few seconds of silence I thought it was over but then out of nowhere the voice then suddenly said:

"But I'm dead."

And I woke up again all sweaty...
