Chapter 4: Running Out Of Time

(Y/N POV)

Everything had stopped, then slowed. This was my Quirk - Time Manipulation. Out of all the ways I can bend time, stopping time is the easiest for me. Once I'm sure time has completely stopped, I run towards the dirt monster. Unfortunately, my Quirk doesn't make me any stronger so I train very hard to make up for my lack of physical ability.

Anyways, I start punching at the dirt monster, chipping some dirt off little by little. The monsters are probably being controlled by one of the Pussycats since the landslide from earlier was most definitely caused by one of them which means they probably have some sort of earth manipulation Quirk.

I continue punching and kicking at the monster, but I can only stop time for so long. At this point, I'm panting like a dog. If I try doing anything else, time will unfreeze and I'll be passed out.

I close my eyes, and take a deep breath. Once I open my eyes again, I can see everything start to speed up back to its normal pace.

I run to the side, trying to catch my breath. I'm still panting like crazy, but at least I almost finished off the dirt monster. Time has resumed normally and everyone looks confused about how the dirt monster is almost completely destroyed. Everyone sees me, though, and it becomes clear that I had used my Quirk.

Eight trillion dirt monsters later, and everyone is beaten up and tired. I used my Quirk 4 times total, so I had a splitting headache. If this was just the beginning, I don't want to see what the actual training is like...

Everyone is at the actual campsite now, and the Pussycats and Aizawa come to greet us. Pixie Bob, the blonde one with the earth manipulation Quirk, had congratulated us.

"Congrats on making it!! It did take longer than I thought it would have, though... But you all used your Quirks together beautifully!" She exclaimed. I just wanted to go to the onsen...

"Come, children! Let's eat some food!" Pixie Bob led us to the dining hall where we all ate like we could eat horses. Every single one of us in class 1-A had seconds, thirds even. After dinner, I was prepared to go to bed and sleep like a king. But the Pussycats had something else planned...

Turns out, we were going to the hot springs tonight, and not the last day of summer camp like most of the girls thought. But hey, nobody's complaining. The night air was surprisingly warm, but it made sense because it was summer. I entered the shower room. I could already feel the heat of the hot springs.

All the girls rinsed themselves off and took off their clothes. I walked out of the shower room, towel around my body, and I dipped my foot in the hot spring. It was the perfect temperature. I took off my towel and walked in the hot spring. Just a few seconds later, the other girls walked out of the shower room one by one and into the onsen with me. Once most of us were in the onsen, we started talking.

"Soo, Ochaco, what's with you and Deku?" I asked curiously. She started blushing and waving her hands around.

"W-what do you mean? Me and Deku are just f-friends!" Ochaco stuttered. She waved around her hands some more and started rambling about how she and Deku aren't more than friends. Me and the girls let out some giggles and Uraraka started floating. I grabbed her leg and brought her back down. She turned off her Quirk and thanked me, embarrassed.

"T-thanks Y/N." I chuckled and changed the topic.

We were all chatting and laughing when I notice Mandalay, the brown haired Pussycat's, nephew on top of the divider between the girls and boys onsen, pushing Mineta off. I guess Mineta tried to climb the wall with his balls and Koda, the nephew, had pushed him off. Honestly, Mineta's such a creep and all the girls agree...
