Chapter nine No you can't!

"So that's what happened." I confess into my phone. I deiced to tell my boss guy or whatever you want to call him about what happened. A huge sigh comes from out of the other end of the phone. "I think it's time." My boss guy said. Okay so I should just tell you guys his name, it's Andy. "Time for what?" I ask. "For us to kidnap him and get answers." Andy said. "No, no, no!" I whine. "You can't please Andy I will do anything! Just don't do that! Not only is he my boyfriend but he is also my best friend, and I love him. He means the world to me!" "Look Quinn I don't know how else to say this but this is serious. It's not all about your stupid little crush on this guy. We need information from him and we don't care if you like it or not because guess what you aren't the one who has to deal with everything we are dealing with. You are just a teenager who thinks that you and that stupid boy will get married." Andy yells at me. I'm silent for a moment. "You...you.. You know what!" I stutter. "Go ahead and kidnap him but don't call me asking for help! In fact I'll just go ahead and tell that so called stupid boy about this whole agency. If you ever need help again don't call me!" I yell furiously in my phone then hang up. I start bursting out crying. "What have I done?" I think out loud. I flop on my bed and dug my head into my pillow, letting the pillow soak up my tears. I hear my mom holler something to me from downstairs but I can't hear what because of my ears being smothered by my pillow. "What's wrong Angel face?" I hear a familiar voice say. Stopping my tears I take my face from out of my pillow and turn around to see Jake standing in the doorway. "Jake!" I yell while jumping off my bed and running up to him giving him a nice big hug. I end the hug but my arms still on his shoulders and give him a quick kiss on the lips. "Wow slow down there." Jake says. "What's up?" "Oh I'm having the worst day of my life!" I say. "Oh honey what's wrong. I tell him everything but I forgot to mention one thing, that I'm a spy. "Wait what! So your the spy from the other agency?" Jake exclaims. I nod my head smiling. "That's great!" Jake says. "But wait I'm going to get kidnaped?" "Yeah I guess so." I say. "You can stay here tonight if you would like so they don't find you." "Oh um okay." Jake says. "What's wrong?" I say. "Um nothing." Jake says. I stay silent and study his face then say "okay then." "Don't even bother going to your house either you can borrow my dads old clothes to wear to bed." I say. "K" Jake says. I smile at him and hug him. Then I go into the bathroom and when I walk into the bathroom I look like a mess. Makeup smudged, hair flying up. I'm a mess. When I walk back out I notice my pillow has makeup stains all over it. Whatever.
I go out the blow up mattress for Jake to sleep on. It was a good thing I had a big room because this thing was big! The blow up mattress not Jake. Now I have to find something for him to wear. I go into the closet that we have that has unwanted or old clothes of ours in it and looked in the section of my dad's clothes. I pick out an old ACDC shirt and blue plaid pajama pants. "Here." I say and throw the outfit at Jake when I walk into my room. He catches them and says "thanks." I go into my bathroom in my room and get changed into my pjs. When I get out Jake goes in there to get into the clothes I gave him. When he comes out I have blankets laying out by the mattress for him. He makes his "bed". When he is done he gets under his covers on the blow up mattress and I shut off my light and crawl into my bed. "Night Jake, love you." I say. "Night Quinn, love you too." Jake says. Then it's silent and awkward. I mean I'm laying in bed he's laying on a blow up mattress on the ground, it's dark in the room, and quiet. I have never liked silence. I try and push away my thoughts and try and go to sleep.
