"Venus" Her grin lit up the room like a Christmas tree. She was shining, and her entire presence had a celestial aura that I couldn't place. She had the appearance of an angel. I've never seen a girl as beautiful as her. Fuck it, she's the most stunning woman I've ever seen. She can't be real; she must be a creation of the mind. When I first saw her in the classroom, I thought the same thing.

Also, I couldn't help but feel a strong attraction to her. It felt so awful to be feeling like that. It seemed like I was deceiving myself. Her golden curls were hidden under the beanie, and her lovely silky skin was hidden beneath the dark baggy garments, and those eyes could kill any man on sight. When I noticed her standing directly behind me by the locker, I couldn't help but want to move closer to her.

I made a promise to myself that as soon as I saw her, I would avoid all contact with her. I knew it was terrible, but she was so near to me that I couldn't help myself. I knew I was doomed as soon as her skin touched mine, and I knew I had to stay away from this angel.

"Venus! "What have you been up to?" When a furious male shout boomed down the corridor, Venus quickly removed her hands from mine and took a step back, making sure she was well away from me. I frowned as a result of her behavior. The voice grew louder, and a man appeared in front of both of us.

I'm not going to lie, this guy was quite attractive, and I had seen them together since the first session. He's always there for her, holding her hand and keeping an eye on her. If they were a couple, I wouldn't be surprised. Given their incredible beauty, they must be attracted to each other. In comparison to this person, I felt very inadequate. He was looking at me as he pushed Venus out of the way. Definitely boyfriend, I suppose.

Venus was tugging at his arms, attempting to get him to accompany her, but he refused.

"I advise you to keep your distance from her, boy." Boy? Isn't he a boy too?

"Please accept my apologies; I was simply introducing myself. You know, make her feel at ease. I swear it wasn't my intention to offend you. I was also unaware that she had a boyfriend." I stated everything in a single breath, trying to calm down the guy in front of me, who appeared to be about to crack at any moment.

With a sigh, he ran his fingers through his hair.

"Please accept my apologies for my actions. I am quite protective of my little sister. I'm hoping you'll get it." He apologized as he looked at me apologetically, but there was still a harshness in his gaze. Isn't it true that he said sister?! What the actual fuck?! They are siblings.

Now that I know that, I'm starting to detect some similarities between them. It's understandable. "Now that that's taken care of, we'll excuse ourselves." He said this when he jolted me out of my stupor. When I realized I hadn't gotten his name, he had already taken Venus' hand.

"Hey! "Can you tell me your name?" I brought him to a halt. "Argus." He responded as he dragged Venus along behind him. She returned my stare and apologized profusely. And I was standing there, giggling like a fool. I've never felt more relieved than when I learned they were siblings, and I'm not sure why. In any case, I have to keep my contact with her to a minimum because it never ends well.

It will never happen.

"You could have said something nicer." As I trailed following him, I made a remark. "What?" As he inquired, he lowered his pace.

"You could've been friendlier to Adon; I believe he was simply trying to be my friend." My voice had gotten a little shaky. Hermes is irritable, and since we've been here, he's been losing control more regularly.
