love letters

Sorry for not uploading in a few days! My school work was killing me, but I'm on track now!
Also news, I am making a discord server! When I have finished setting it up (which may be a couple of days), I'll add the link. Enjoy the story! (this story also has that new student is the protagonist lover cliche so LMAO)

The boring school had commenced, and the class had just gotten into their seats. The teacher walked into the classroom and sat down at her desk.
Jaxx POV:
"Good morning class" the teacher said with a happy expression. I really did not want to be here, but in order to graduate, I needed to try my best to concentrate and pass my classes.
She then said something that made me look up. "Today everyone, we have a new student joining us. Please come in." she said smiling at the door. Then, a boy walked through the door. That's kind of weird, I never saw him when I walked through the door.
"Class, this is Sora. Sora, feel free to introduce yourself!" the teacher said.
"Hello there everyone! As you just heard, Sora! I look forward to getting to know you all! I'm so excited to be here!" Sora exclaimed. He seems like a nice kid. Hopefully we can get along.
"Sora, please take a seat anywhere." the teacher showed him the seats in the classroom. He chose the spot next to me.
"Hey! Your name is Sora, correct?" I asked him just to be sure I got it right.
"Yes! What's you're name?" he asked.
"My name is Jaxx." I shook his hand. Yeah, I think we will get along great!

A few days later, a Friday morning.
It was the morning of Friday, the day everyone was looking forward to. People had plans with their friends, go down to the malls with their families, etc.
I usually just stayed home and created games for my friends, since I really love building. I decided to make one for Sora over the weekend.
But however, that isn't the point. I am here in class earlier than everyone else because I am going to write a letter for Sora. He seems like a really amazing person, so I wanted to invite him to get ice cream tomorrow. I sat down at my desk, grabbing my pen and started to write.

Dear Sora,
Hi there Sora, I hope that you picked this letter up. I think you are an amazing guy, and I really like your personality, looks, and style. I feel like you would be an amazing person to date in my opinion. I understand if you say no, since you have only been here for four days. However, if you say yes, thank you so much! If you have made your mind up, please meet me at the cherry tree at break.
Thank you.

I think that's good enough. It's my first time writing a "love letter", so hopefully it goes okay. "It'll be fine." I say to myself. I sat the letter on Sora's seat, and got my book out and read until class started.
Time skip to class starting
Sora's POV:
I was walking to class, thinking. That Jaxx guy I met on Monday, he seems amazing. He has such a pretty identity, and he is so comforting. He is so cute! I am planning on asking him out, but I have no idea if it's too early or not. I haven't even been here a week!
I entered the class and saw a few students at their desks talking amongst each other. I darted my eyes over to Jaxx. He was reading a book. Hmm, interesting. I looked at my seat and saw a letter folded. "Uh, who's that from?" I thought. I walked over to my seat and picked up the note and sat down.
Jaxx POV:
"Oh my, he's reading it! I wonder what he will say..."I thought. My heart started pounding and I shivered. I then saw him getting a little flustered and looked at me for a short second. I tried not to make contact with him. I am begging for him to accept, he is such a cool guy!

At break (Jaxx POV)
I headed to the cherry tree located at the very back of the school. I sat down eating my lunch, forgetting about the situation for a few minutes. Then I saw him walking over.
"Hey Jaxx!" Sora said.
"Oh, hey Sora!" I greeted him. He then sat down.
"Jaxx, I wanted to tell you something." he stated. I then nodded.
"Jaxx, I think you are an amazing person as well. When I first saw you, I thought you looked amazing. I love your looks, personality, and I also love your style."
My heart went soft.
"Thank you so much Sora! Would you care to go out with me tomorrow for some ice cream tomorrow?" I asked him, guaranteeing he'd say yes.
"Of course! Also, does this mean we're dating?" he asked me.
"Yes of course! I love you Sora."
"I love you too!"
