As the weeks went on Rebekah and Caroline had their babies. Caroline named her daughter Elizabeth Ivy Forbes-Mikaelson. Rebekah named her son Grayson Nik Mikaelson- Parker.
Everyone was beyond happy especially the new mothers. Stefan was taking Nicole out for a date tonight to get her out of the house but Nicole was nervous to leave her baby for the first time.

"How do I look, girls?" Nicole asked Davina, Caroline, and Rebekah.
"You look amazing!" They all told her. They were excited about what was happening tonight and made sure Nicole looked are absolutely best. Knowing her if she didn't she would kill them.
"Thank you! Now make sure Hope has her little bunny to sleep with and Davina make sure to do your homework. If you need help ask Elijah. I love you!" Nicole told them as she kissed Davina's forehead.
"Love you too mom! Now go," Davina told her pushing her slightly. Nicole laughed and left the room. The remaining girls turned to each other and smiled and squealed quietly.
Nicole walked downstairs, Stefan turned and looked at her was awestruck at her. "You look beautiful," he told her as he snapped out of it.
"Thank you," Nicole told her smiling softly. She then went up to Liz and took her daughter from her. "Be a good girl. Momma loves you, my angel," Nicole told her kissing her forehead and giving her back to Liz.

"Let's go before I stay in all night," Nicole told Stefan. Stefan nodded and kissed his little girl's forehead and then took Nicole's hand.
After eating they walked around laughing and talking with each other.
"Okay close your eyes?" Stefan told her putting a hand over her eyes. Nicole laughed softly at him with a smile on her face.
When she opened her eyes she gasped and put a hand over her mouth. "Oh my goodness," Nicole said close to tears. Stefan was down on one knee in front of a sign that said Marry Me and her favorite flowers as a walkway.
