Earlier in Shang Tu, General Gong is running in the Royal Palace, looking for Royal Magister. "ROYAL MAGISTER!" He cries out.

Royal Magister is standing in the same spot as usual, looking above the city. He turns his head, seeing the running panda huffing and puffing. "What is it, General Gong?"

Gong finally catches his breath. "Royal Magister, the hedgehog and Lilac are gone!"

Neera rushes behind the panda. "I believe that they are working together this whole time.

"It's such a shame too. We believed in Lilac, but this is how she betrays us?!" Gong said.

Royal Magister looks back outside. "Gather the troops and look for them. Make sure to bring them back, alive." He informs them.

Both pandas bowed their heads. "Yes Royal Magister." They both said.

They both rushed out of the palace.

"Just as I thought..." He said to himself.

Meanwhile, Lilac and Sonic are asleep. Lilac is resting her head on sonic's shoulder, comfortably. Sonic has his hands together, resting them on his stomach. Lilac slowly wakes, stretching. She soon realizes that she's lying her head on Sonic's shoulder. She quickly sits up and blushes.

She soon stops. She sighs and looks away.

Sonic then wakes up and says. "So, how was your napping?"

"it was good." She said.

They soon get up and started walking. "Good?" Sonic said.

"What? Is it so weird?" Looking back at him. Lilac then look ahead.

"No, no, no, no, no. Are you kidding?"

"Oh, and just wondering." Sonic started, as he cleans his ear with his pinkie finger. "Your, uh, another friend, what is his name?"

"It's Torque. And we're just taking a little time." Lilac answered.

"A little time?" Sonic asked. He soon stops.

"Yes." Lilac replied.

"So, he's not a... Mobian?"

"No. He is not a Mobian." She stifled a giggle and continued. "In fact, Sonic, you'd be surprised to find that he is uh, um..."

Sonic motioned his left hand in a circle as if saying. "Keep going." Then he got an idea.

"He's an alien?" Sonic asked.

"Yes! He is an alien!" Lilac said.

"And he's a... um... "

Sonic then jumped on a big flat rock.

"A chaser's!" Sonic corrected.

Lilac followed him onto the rock. "That's right! He's a chaser!" Lilac said.

Sonic then gives her a smile and a thumbs up. This annoyed Lilac. She growls and says. "You're driving absolutely crazy!"

Suddenly something very sharp stabbed her leg. "Oooh!" She cried. A Tranquilizer dart.

Sonic chuckled, cooly trying to get himself out of trouble. "Oh. Hey, I was just kidding."

She then focused her blurry sight on Sonic. This confused Sonic. "Why are you looking at me like that?" Sonic asked.

Lilac giggled a little. "You look cute." She commented.

"Really? you think..." She staggered towards Sonic and played with his left ear with her hand.

"Wow, okay. " Lilac sloppily back away from Sonic. "Thank you, first of all." He then noticed a tranquilizer dart on her leg. Before he could shout out who did it, he was shot in the leg by a tranquilizer dart. "Ow!" He said a little angry while in pain.

"Oooooh, hee, hee." He chuckled.

The background was changing colors as if they were hallucinating.

"See you on mars..." Lilac said, Completely out of it. She stumbled backwards off the rock and slowly fell to the ground. "Ooooooooh! It's right after the very pretty Milky Way."

Sonic slowly staggered towards the end of The rock that Lilac had fallen off of, looking down at her.

"That's sounds good." Sonic then lets out a long strand of spit drool slowly fall from his mouth. Lowering towards Lilac. She giggles and playfully swats it away, causing the drool to fall from Sonic's mouth.

Sonic then staggers a few more steps forward until finally falling off the rock while groggily saying. "Save some for meeeee...." THUD! He finally drifted off into unconsciousness along with the now-sleeping Lilac.

Suddenly it turned out to be Serpentine and 2 his shade troopers circle around the sleeping duo. Brevon then appears on the projection screen. "We find them, Brevon." "Good! Bring them to us!" Brevon said.

"As you wish, my master!" Serpentine replied.
