( Konoha Hospital )
Sarutobi was scared right now he just got the news that the Anbu team that was searching for Naruto had found him in a abandoned houses just outside Konoha.
He immediately went to the hospital to check on him and he also knew that the doctors wouldn't treat Naruto's wound he personally bought the best Anbu medic Ninja with him to check on Naruto.
He was currently outside ICU waiting to know what damage did the boy sustain he also saw Kakashi who was Naruto's personal Anbu who was panicking and repeatedly looking at the ICU door hope for some kind of good news.

(Flash-back )
Kakashi was leading a full squad of Anbu with him he had summoned a dog which had already memorized Naruto's scent there were also Inuzuka in the squad but they didn't have any more time.
He found Naruto's scent which lead them to a abandoned house just outside Konoha what Kakashi saw made him blood boiling they didn't ever entered the house but they heard a loud cry from Naruto.
Kakashi saw Naruto with a Civilian council head about to kill he quickly put the man in a torturing GenJutsu not killing him he wanted information about the whole incident.
He saw Naruto it looked like Naruto was in a shower of blood and a kunai in his left eye and he could also see every bone in his body broken.
"Take this son of a bitch to Anko" Kakashi said and rushed at full speeds towards the Hospital.

The doctor came out with a sad expression on her face "Hokage-sama Naruto has sustained unimaginable amount of damage and don't even know how is he alive he was injected with one of the most dangerous poisons used in the T&I department almost every single bone in his body is broken and his left eye I don't know what to say about it is healing but I don't think he can see with it as clearly as he did before and his hair has lost his colour byt tgere is a good news he might be able to get into walking condition in a couple of weeks his healing abilities are crazy "The doctor said while giving them a whole report about Naruto's current situation.
" I see what does his hair losing colour mean exactly? "Kakashi asked he was thankful that Naruto could recover from this injuries.
"Well you see Kakashi-San as Naruto had to repeatedly heal his injuries over and over again, all the while being tortured and borderline starved. His body was basically was getting weaker and weaker because the cells were wearing thin, which is why his hair turns white even tho the Kyubi was healing him but he couldn't heal him that fast, as happens with people when they get old" The doctor explained.
"Very well your mission is to look after Uzumaki Naruto for two weeks straight its a SS-rank mission and nothing should be done to him am I clear" Hiruzen said the doctor bowed and left to see Naruto again.
"Anko has sent some information about the man" Kakashi said handing Hiruzen a scroll.
"Very well Kakashi you may take your leave for now I want you back in three hours" The Third said Kakashi bowed and left.
"You should have listened to me Hiruzen now look what happened"
"That's Hokage-sama to you Danzo and I wouldn't allow you to say anything about Naruto" Hiruzen said releasing alot of KI towards Danzo who just had a blank expression on his face.
"Hokage-sama you still have the option before its too late" Danzo said disappearing out of sight.
